"The room is large and clean. Although the decoration is simple, it is clean and comfortable. The location is good, right on the beach. You can see the sea view when you open the room. The room has a balcony and there is a paid parking lot. It's convenient to be right next to it. There is also a restaurant, we had a dinner here and the service was very good. Be warm and courteous."
"The room is spacious in Europe, but the sound insulation is very poor, the street car is noisy, the restaurant is upstairs, the table and chairs are very loud early in the morning, the pool is particularly beautiful"
"Fantastic staff and service. Went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Views, pool and restaurant are fantastic.
Taxi is €25/30 to get to the marina but other than that super great location up in the hills!!"

"Facing Mount Vesuvius, the hotel is in a very good location and close to the pier. There are many restaurants and small shops around. Breakfast is average, not much delicious. The service staff is very friendly. Parking is 20 euros per day."
"The hotel is a family heritage, and the service staff are very nice. It can be seen that they love this job from the bottom of their hearts... What a coincidence, I met their Michelin dinner. Naihua, until the finale, all dancers and carnivals 🎉, the whole atmosphere scene is like a fairy tale...perfectly interprets Italians' relentless pursuit of beautiful details! Recommend friends who come to Nanyi, you must come and experience it"
"First of all, the breakfast was really good, and it was really convenient to go from the hotel to the port by elevator. The staff were so nice and kind. I really like it!!!!!
The room is a little small, but that's a pity, and it's not a problem at all when choosing!
Please note that the hotel pool and breakfast area do not have an ocean view.
It's a really nice place!"
"Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it."
"The reception was so friendly and kind. The location is perfect. 7 minute walk to the railway station and 2 minute walk to the centre. Great option with accessible price."

Amazing
JjjtonyhoWe had a beautiful stay at Villa Oriana Relais. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Staff were so warm and friendly and very accommodating, such a hidden gem. We took the train from Naples to St Angello station (one stop from sorrento) which is the closest station, then a 15 euro taxi to the hotel. We walked into sorrento every day which took around 20 minutes but we enjoyed the walk and its nicer have the hotel located in a peaceful area and away from the busy town. Breakfast each morning was wonderful with home made cakes and quiche from fresh local ingredients like lemons from the hotel orchard. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again.
GGuest UserThe ceiling is high in a spacious and relaxing room that is not included in the picture.
A very clean hotel that cleans the room twice a day
From the floor tiles to the decorations and lighting, you can feel the attention to detail.
The breakfast that everyone praises is really the best
The number of items is varied and the menu changes slightly every day.
The basic bread, cheese, ham, and fruit are all very tasty and fresh.
The staff at the reception are all friendly and always ready to respond.
Overall it was a very satisfactory stay
Cleanliness, hot water, room temperature control, friendliness, breakfast are all perfect
GGreenallI stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect, only a short walk to many beautiful sites , streets and the water. Restaurants and bars nearby. The room is clean and doesn’t feel too cramped. I appreciated the water points and option to watch a little Netflix as I went to sleep.
Jennipher was very welcoming and helpful to introduce me to the surrounding area and give some tips for my travels.
The rest of the team were smily and kind. A good breakfast was served.
I definitely recommend this room if you are travelling to Sorrento and are more interested in seeing the sites and being outside.
IiDomelIt was quite a surprise staying at B&B Sorrento Central. Totally exceeded our expectations in terms of room amenities. As for the breakfast, do not expect a grand spread. However, they do have waffles, pancakes, bread, croissants, cornflakes, mueslis and yogurts. They have a water dispenser for filling up for water and a coffee machine that is available for morning breakfast. Walking to town takes about 8-10minutes, the port however takes around 25-30mins.
Do note that there is a bowling alley right beside the B&B and there is a chance of hearing balls rolling down the lanes till 11pm 😆
BBabarGreat hotel with excellent location. Right in the heart of Sorrento. 5 min walk to Main Street with shopping and eating, 10 min walk to train and bus station.
Breakfast was amazing with great local selections. Simple but very elegant choices. Rooms were great. We had two rooms and each room had it own decore and colors.
KKen LotsoThe hotel is located near Sorrento train station, about 5 minutes' walk away, which is convenient and fast. The hotel staff are also willing to help.
However, the hotel's hygienic condition is average. In just one day, 4 flies were seen in the room. The decoration of the room is also relatively old. The breakfast has basic Western options, all of which taste good.
Generally speaking, if you are only staying for a short time, you can also choose this hotel.
范范思the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri.
our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!
OoliviachenzwWe stayed 3 nights at Santa Fortunata Village in Dodome Tent No. 9 and had a pleasant experience overall. The village is located a bit outside of Sorrento town, but since we were driving, the distance wasn’t an issue. For those not driving, they do offer a buggy service, which is convenient.
Our tent didn’t have the best view, but we were still able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay, with no disturbances from other campers. The bed was comfortable, and the tent included a plug point and two USB ports. However, there were no built-in lights, so we recommend bringing your own portable USB light.
There were ants on the ground, but it wasn’t a major problem. The parking lot was spacious, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were a short walk away. Showers had hot water, and there were plenty of basins and mirrors available. The provided hair dryer was quite weak, so it’s better to bring your own if needed.
The village also has mini marts and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant once—it was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer excursions as well, though we had already planned our own itinerary.
All in all, it was a comfortable and quiet glamping experience. We'd definitely consider coming back!
GGuest UserI would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed.
The showers are very small we aren’t big people and found it hard showering.
Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs.
No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great.
Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee.
Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage.
If going to town it’s a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use.
The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though.
The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest.
I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldn’t for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.
Iilzestayed here with a friend and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but it's just a short walk from the main street, which made it convenient yet peaceful.
The room had a fantastic view, which we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure — something we appreciated after long days of exploring. However, while the shower was advertised as having fancy jet options, none of them worked. This feature really shouldn't be promoted if it's not functional.
The room was marketed as a deluxe bedroom, but in reality, it's a standard double room without any frills. We would’ve preferred if expectations were set more accurately — under-promising and over-delivering always makes for a better guest experience.
Breakfast was basic and nothing to rave about, though we weren’t expecting much there, so no big disappointment.
All in all, it’s a solid option for a short stay. But i won't be recommending for family or friends. Tbere are better option elsewhere. Just need to be booked in advance 😊
