"Loved this place, great vibe. Design was perfect and the attention to detail was great. I was moved to the new building which was perfect - nice and quiet. The restaurant was fine… I would not rave about it as a few things were missing from the limited menu and it was very slow. But tasty. Overall I would recommend this spot."

"Personnel très compétent, souriant et agréable. Ousra et Aymen 🥰ont était a l écoute et arrangeant, pour ma sortie tardive de l’hôtel, Bel emplacement toute commodité à recommander vivement👍"
"You must absolutely get it without any meal. More expensive than good restaurants in the area but the food choice is extremely limited. Most dishes are only paid. Very basic menu. Room is so so. Not bad. You get what you pay for"
"The hotel is right on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and has its own exclusive beach. The garden is also quite large, convenient for walking and exercising. The hardware in the gym and restaurant are all in line with expectations. Breakfast was good."
"Facilities: old, the hotel room layout is not good, there are rooms similar to the underground first floor. The breakfast room has been repainted, and the paint smell is still strong. It is not directly adjacent to the beach, but there is a garden.
Service: The service level is below average. The omelette lady in the breakfast room is very friendly.
The hygiene is very ordinary, quite poor, and the sheets are also worn out.
The room does not come with water, so I was asked to get it from the bar myself."
"Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury"
"This is a standard all-inclusive hotel in Sousse. It’s a little dated in places but very clean and you can’t go wrong for the price. The staff are very helpful and I love how they include lots of Tunisian dishes at breakfast and dinner. I had a great stay."

Very Good
MMuhammed MuzammelA professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great.
Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening.
Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.
JJelle SThe location is great, in the medina but right next to the city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I forgot 2 phone charges and they returned them on my next stay. I booked a small room but it was decent, the shared bathrooms were clean, its very close to good restaurants. Its a great place for a short stay, close to the train station and a cheap taxi ride away from the bus station. I would return!
GGuest UserThe house is local style, the facilities are old, the health is OK, very close to the beach, the feeling of a domestic 90s hotel. If you are not too picky, you can deal with it for a few days. Suitable for young people to travel, family is not suitable.
GGuest UserThe property is well located in the center of Sousse, a short distance from the seafront. The medina is about a 20-minute walk away. The building is basic; the elevator doesn't go directly to the rooms, but to the mezzanines, so you always have to climb two flights of stairs. The room has a private bathroom, a small terrace, and air conditioning. There's no refrigerator. Cleaning is adequate, but not particularly thorough. They often forget toiletries or toilet paper, and I had to ask for them at reception.
AakiramujinaThe location is very good, with the beach right in front of the hotel, less than a 10-minute walk from Sousse train station, and less than 15 minutes to the Medina.
However, the building and rooms are old, much of the equipment is falling apart, and the service quality is low. The view is great, but be aware that the beachside is noisy even at night in summer.
Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, and although it is available in the lobby, it is very slow. The price is relatively low, so you need to be prepared to accept this.
FFelice CossoloConsidering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't
