"I booked this room for my nephew and his wife, James Giordano. Apparently business is very good at this location. There was a Bat matzah party going on right beneath my nephew’s room and it was very noisy. My nephew called the desk to complain they were unable to sleep due to the loudness. The front desk said it would be over at 11 pm. My nephew said he and his wife asked for a different room away from the noise. The desk was reluctant to fill that request causing my nephew to tell them give us a full refund and we will go somewhere else. The desk agreed to giving them a different room. So they packed up and went to a different room. Very inconvenient and unsettling."

"The overall experience is still great. First of all, the hotel is in the wealthy area of New Jersey. There is no problem with the environment and security. It is a bustling town with dozens of meters of restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to Newark Airport and there is also a train station directly to Manhattan. The hotel owner is a great Chinese sister, who is of Jiangxi origin, very patient, her own house, very homestay feeling, the front and back environment is very clean, the price is high in the whole area, other hotels have to be two or three thousand"

"This Hilton is located in the small town of shorthills, New Jersey. The room is very clean, the service is very good, the breakfast is OK, the parking is very convenient, the opposite is the Masy Department Store, it is a good value for money and worth staying again. We drove from the hotel at noon to Times Square and near the Central Station for 40 minutes."
