This is my go-to hotel for business trips. It's super convenient, really close to where I need to be. The room was quiet, perfect for both working and relaxing. The internet was stable, and the facilities were great. The service was professional and efficient. Overall, a really good experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip.

One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. The room was clean and tidy, and the double bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the facilities were complete and the toiletries were clean and easy to use. The staff were warm, attentive, and polite. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and the stay was exceptionally pleasant. I would definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

This is a very good hotel. My mother and two babies are very happy. The hotel rooms are very luxurious, much better than the hotels of the same price in the south. The service quality, especially Wang Bing from the front office, made us feel at home. She was very enthusiastic and explained clearly all the questions we didn't understand. Just because of Wang Bing, I will stay here again when I go back to Jilin.

Health service: Very average. After staying for several days, there was no cleaning or replacement of toiletries, bath towels or towels on the first day. I had to go to the store to communicate with the front desk at night to get them done temporarily. The bed was not made during cleaning the next day, only toiletries were changed. Front desk service: Unskilled, unable to open the door every night when I come back, I have to go to the front desk to get a card. Parking service: There was no underground parking lot at the beginning, but when it opened later, parking on the ground was not allowed. They kept saying that it was not possible on the ground, and other people's cars could be parked in front of me, and they were treated differently. Hardware facilities: Some elevators require card swiping, while others do not. The system has not been debugged yet. On the plus side, the overall hotel appearance, rooms, and lobby hardware are of high quality. It should be very good in Huadian. I hope the soft services can keep up.

This hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Jilin City. From the lobby to the guest rooms, the facilities and amenities are all excellent! The front desk service is warm and the cleanliness is meticulous! The breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, parking is convenient; the parking lot is huge and free. A great experience, highly recommended!

This hotel deserves a stellar review! The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in, resolving many issues. The soundproofing was also excellent. The hotel restaurant was fantastic, with fresh ingredients and flavorful cooking. It's also conveniently located near attractions.

My stay at Zhan Yun Hotel far exceeded my expectations, it definitely deserves a full five-star review. The front desk staff, Zhang Chi and Liu Chang, were incredibly polite and processed my check-in quickly. They proactively offered information about local attractions and breakfast times. The room was spotless, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. Any requests I made online were promptly addressed, and the delivery robot was very efficient. Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, without being intrusive, balancing privacy with personalized care. This will be my top choice for future trips and I'll definitely book here again.

Datang Hotel environment is OK, but the overall service is general, lowering the level of Jilin. The hot springs are simply fooling people, it is a large bath, and there is no indoor hot spring at all. The place is very large, but the layout is very messy, it is not easy to find anywhere, some floors of the elevator are not working, I don't know why this design is? The breakfast buffet was not bad, no thunder. It is recommended to open earlier, because when I come to Jilin, I have to get up early to see the smog, so it starts at 7 o'clock.
