This is my go-to hotel for business trips. It's super convenient, really close to where I need to be. The room was quiet, perfect for both working and relaxing. The internet was stable, and the facilities were great. The service was professional and efficient. Overall, a really good experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip.

SONG JIANG BONANZA WINNING HOTEL — From Smoke Signals to Sacred Silence Arrival & First Sniff This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. This hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here. My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing! We'll definitely stay here again next time! (Original Russian review also provided): We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children). We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone. We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed. Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days. But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain. And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered.

Originally booked a big bed room, the hotel intimately helped upgrade the standard room, the service was particularly warm. The rooms are clean and bright, well equipped, and the living comfort is very good. The whole experience is comfortable, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, I really recommend it to everyone!

Choosing Huazhu Hotel during your vacation is indeed a wise choice. As a well-known hotel chain brand, they are always committed to providing high-quality services and comfortable accommodation. The Royalton Hotel in Huadian is no exception. Everything from facilities, services to room rates are impressive. If I have the opportunity to go to Huadian again, I will definitely choose Huazhu Hotel again and look forward to the next wonderful trip!

This is a very good hotel. My mother and two babies are very happy. The hotel rooms are very luxurious, much better than the hotels of the same price in the south. The service quality, especially Wang Bing from the front office, made us feel at home. She was very enthusiastic and explained clearly all the questions we didn't understand. Just because of Wang Bing, I will stay here again when I go back to Jilin.

My stay at Zhan Yun Hotel far exceeded my expectations, it definitely deserves a full five-star review. The front desk staff, Zhang Chi and Liu Chang, were incredibly polite and processed my check-in quickly. They proactively offered information about local attractions and breakfast times. The room was spotless, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. Any requests I made online were promptly addressed, and the delivery robot was very efficient. Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, without being intrusive, balancing privacy with personalized care. This will be my top choice for future trips and I'll definitely book here again.

The room environment is good, with plenty of sunshine on the sunny side. I live on the 14th floor. Convenient parking, good location, and the waiter cleans promptly and thoroughly. It is worth staying next time.

Rent a swimming ring for 15 single people and 30 double people. The accommodation is clean and hygienic. The buffet is OK. You get what you pay for. Self-driving to drive a few kilometers of rural roads. narrow. Pay attention to the safety of the car, slow down.

Datang Hotel environment is OK, but the overall service is general, lowering the level of Jilin. The hot springs are simply fooling people, it is a large bath, and there is no indoor hot spring at all. The place is very large, but the layout is very messy, it is not easy to find anywhere, some floors of the elevator are not working, I don't know why this design is? The breakfast buffet was not bad, no thunder. It is recommended to open earlier, because when I come to Jilin, I have to get up early to see the smog, so it starts at 7 o'clock.
