SSara ElizabethGreat location inside the Glasgow Central station (and the Queen Street station is a 10 minute walk away). Room was spacious. Staff was nice, and helped me by storing luggage between my two stays with them in Glasgow while I did two nights in Loch Lomond to do some hiking and didn’t want to drag my bulky suitcase along.

SsowrongitsmichOur group of 4 friends stayed together in a 1-bedroom apartment for 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchenette is decent and well-stocked, with a spacious fridge and dishwasher. The hotel is minutes from the train station, which made it super easy to get to (with all our luggage) as we were coming from London. They don’t do daily housekeeping, but provide fresh towels when asked at no extra charge, which was good enough for us! Very decent hotel option for the price point!

GGuest UserCute boutique hotel in a prime spot near Buchanan St and with some rooms overlooking George Square. We stayed in a studio with a balcony on the 7th floor, which had a great view, but was a little unhandy when the only elevator went out of service 3 of the 5 days during our stay. The room was spacious in terms of hotel rooms in the city centre, and well equipped with everything we might need in the kitchenette, plenty of storage space, good quality linens and towels, upscale toiletries, and a roomy bathroom with a nicely tiled shower. The staff were all very helpful, and did a good job of communicating with us when my husband's golf bag we had shipped over from the US preceded our arrival by a few days; they kept it in reception until we got there. Parking is a good distance away, and there is no good place to load/unload, though if you follow the instructions from Reception, you can get a discounted daily rate at the parking garage they recommend. The shuttle bus from the airport, subway, and, train station are within a few blocks, so you definitely don't need a car to get places within (and to a great extent without) the city.
Honestly we loved this hotel, found it a good value for the price, and will definitely consider staying here again on a return visit to Glasgow.

GGuest UserI stayed for 1 night, The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was great. We wouldn't recommend the breakfast as it was buffet style so we didn't know how long it was sitting out for. Also quite tasteless. The hotel is lovely and quite central, staff friendly.

GGuest UserBreakfast was meant to finish at 10.30. Went down at 10.05 and stood in a large queue till 10.30 only to be told there was nothing left. Couldn’t even have toast as there was a Massive queue. Orange juice tasted like water. No tables were cleared. Had paid for breakfast for 4 people. Absolute disgrace terrible. Ended up having to go elsewhere

AAmazingSurpriseStayed at the Courtyard by Marriott near the SEC/Ovo Hydro for a gig and it was ideal. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — exactly what you want after a late night. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and we had food at the bar in the evening which was also spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect if you're going to a show at the Hydro or Armadillo — it's basically a 5-minute walk so no hassle getting back after the event. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Glasgow for a concert.

Oomi96Great room, very spacious and amazing view out on the river and SEC. Some basic things such as the very old AC panel and low quality bathroom door, and toilet seat were a bit surprising. Also placement of sockets is a bit of a nightmare, just to make tea you have to lift the whole tray and put the kettle next to your bed. The fridge was also not plugged in and if i wanted to use it I think i would have to pull it all the way out. Other than these small things my stay was great and I appreciate the complimentary snacks and waters.

SShayneyI am rarely 'blown away' by hotels but Citizen M truly blew me away and exceeded all my expectations.
First of all, the staff member who greeted me was super friendly, asked me about my trip and the check in process was probably the easiest, fastest and most modern process I have ever experienced anywhere. When I walked into the room, I almost thought I walked into the wrong room because the size of the bed was HUGE (much bigger and better in real life than displayed in the pictures). The room itself was also much bigger than I expected, and so very modern and 'cool' like a spaceship. It had a homely feel and had some truly unique features like an ipad to control the TV, the lights (brightness and colour - very cool again!!), blinds (and more) and you could even play games with the lights. There was a moment where I truly felt I could spend an entire day just in the hotel room because it was so fun being in there and I looked forward to coming home to my hotel every night.
