"Very modern and trendy hotel, good for youngsters. The room was larger than I expected, everything was fine and even found a bottle opener in the room, so i don't have to borrow from the front desk in person. Breakfast in the next building, not much options tho but with a very nice view!"
"Ett hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends.
The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable.
My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability…
Great stay overall though!!"

"Slightly small but the location has great advantages. You can buy small souvenirs all the way. Very many stores have convenience stores around, but the price is very expensive. You can go to the underground supermarket to buy a hotel in 10 minutes. There is free tea coffee. . I will consider this next time."
"The hotel is located in the bustling business district in the city center, with convenient transportation. The hotel is warm and comfortable. You can have a cup of free coffee or tea in the lobby and feel comfortable just looking out at the street."
"It was nice to stay for 5 nights and have a pleasant trip while resting well in a comfortable bed. It was close to T-Centrale, 4 metro stops away, and transportation to the airport was good.
There was a variety of breakfast menus, and the staff continued to manage well, so I didn't feel crowded. I stayed for 5 nights very satisfied, thank you."
"Me and my family had so much rest and fun over here.
Very cozy bed and heater are also working well, nice shower too.
It’s my most favourite hotel in this year.
You could access to city centre in 3-5 mins,
A convenient store opposite the hotel.
You can also get some night life in its own building.
Will definitely come back and recommend to others!
I personally love their lunch menu the Swedish meatballs!"
"I booked the room on May 10 for a business trip and paid online as I booked from online. When I checked in, the hotel charged my credit card 500 SEK as a deposit for the minibar. So far, the money has not been returned. I specifically returned to the hotel on May 24 to confirm whether it was consumed by the minibar. The front desk of the hotel verified that it would ask the financial staff to refund the credit card. Today is the June,27th. Does the refund in Sweden need to go to Mars firstly? Of course, the location and the food are good, which is positive!"
"Downtown Camper by Scandic: Fantastic central Stockholm location, steps from everything. Cool ”urban adventure” vibe with stylish rooms (though not huge) and amazing social spaces. Highlights include the rooftop pool with views and the lively Campfire restaurant/bar. Great for a social and active city break. Be aware it can be busy. Highly recommended for a unique Stockholm experience."
JJim ChngThis hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, clean rooms, and modern amenities. The central location made exploring the city easy, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.
JJ EscaI loved our stay in the hotel last December 2024, and had a comfortable room. It has great location, just walking distance to the central station, with bus stops and stores nearby, which is convenient. I enjoyed their breakfast as well, with a great selection, and overall a wonderful stay! I would come again and really recommend.
MMAmeen. The hotel was very old. The rooms were highly congested, even for a single person. It is tough to move inside the rooms with trolleys. The location was excellent. Nearby are all facilities and a railway station. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly hotel staff. Overall rating 3.75/5
KKat OBooked another 4 nights for our business trip, due to the convenient location of Biz Apartment Bromma. The apartment is near to the tram station, supermarket, pharmacy and shops. Superb value for an accommodation in Sweden, great services and cleanliness. We accidentally left our souvenir at the hotel room (405) and the chambermaid helped us to safe keep it for our collection - highly appreciated ❤️❤️
MMr Malek AhmadOur stay at Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central was fantastic! The modern, minimalist design was stylish yet cozy, perfect for our family. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Stockholm, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms were compact but well-organized, with comfy beds and sleek amenities. We appreciated the free breakfast, which had a great variety to fuel our day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was a budget-friendly stay without compromising on comfort or convenience. A great choice for families looking for a central, hassle-free base in Stockholm! Highly recommend!
GGuest UserSuper sweet hotel with cozy rooms and very nice staff! Me and my work buddy stayed for one night only but I would stan there longer - easy!
Awesome breakfast and the chef made the moring more manageble with his nice persona. Thank you!
Nice bed, nice room. Nice everything!
I will be back!
SSimonI recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected.
Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time.
When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good.
The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors.
Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!
MMarinTRAVELIt was well managed and easy to spend.
Especially, the bed mat was comfortable and I slept after a long time.
The kitchen was also equipped with cooking equipment, which was wide and clean and easy to use.
I booked a shared room for men and women, but he told me that the day was only men, and paid an additional fee on the spot.
It is negative that I had to pay 1000 yen extra to rent bed linen.
GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport; #negative #I was disappointed with the Natural Light in the Room; It costs 100 crowns for bed sheets at the store. For an additional 100 kronor, you can find a better hostel. basement. The front desk opens at 10 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. I stayed for two days, and it was after 6pm on the second day. I'm going out. When I came back, the room card was invalid. Because the front desk is closed. The uncle on duty couldn't do anything. He called the front desk and opened the door. The advantage of this youth hostel is in the old city. Can cook. There are no other options.
