Travelodge Wincanton

Absolutely one of the better Travelodges I have stayed in over the past year, Its location is perfect for work and is 3 minutes walk away from 3 restaurants and 2 large super markets. The staff were very friendly and made the effort to interact when they passed me in the corridors

When you walked into the room you could see heavy amounts of dirt and hairs behind the television, it was so bad i cleaned it my self with wipes, it was a plus room with a coffee maker, but it was never refaced in 6 days, even with putting out the top up sign/card, the bathroom sink was clogged and wasn't cleaned once in the 5 nights that i was there, the lights came in around the windows at 5.00 am and the policy not clean the room or make the beds for 6 days is appalling

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Travelodge Wincanton, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary tea and coffee, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. It was easy to access local attractions, and the nearby restaurants and shops provided plenty of options for dining and entertainment. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for places to visit. Overall, my stay at Travelodge Wincanton was wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

Needs a few small touches ie hairdryer more choice of tea and coffees overall not bad for a night or twos stay

I booked this hotel at the last minute because my car broke down in a field and the AA could not collect until the following morning, I booked the late out since I know how reliable the AA can be! I was on the ground floor with a window facing the car park which was not exciting but the back view looked like a motor way! I was checked in by Tom, who was professional and friendly, and I was speaking to Adam who is a new staff member at this hotel. Both of these staff members seemed more than willing to go above and beyond to help me. The room was very clean albeit basic but it had everything I needed, with spare Tea and Coffee on the counter.

The travelodge at Wincanton was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. We did not order breakfast but it was available.

Bed was fantastic, the room was super, staff are amazing. Quite clean and cosy the house salad in the wagtail restaurant was amazing.

Really good value, clean room but dreadful nights sleep because of the pillows, they were rock hard!

Very poor hotel and staff, no one available for customer service. Lack of management available and remaining staff not prepared to help
