The reception area is attractive and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortably furnished and clean. You don't have to pay extra for WiFi. At breakfast, care is taken to ensure that everything is available at all times. It is very varied and very fresh. We recommend the hotel.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in Ordnung. Abendkarte zum Essen wegen Personalmangel sehr klein. Essen hatte hohe Qualität und war gut! HP lohnt sich immer!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig für Ausflüge und Einkäufe. ( Aldi 2 Minuten McDonald’s 2 Minuten zu Fuß). Das große Einkaufszentrum ist auch sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar und bietet alle Möglichkeiten vom Essen bis zum Shopping. Leider wurden bei der Abreise viele Sachen bekannt über die der Gast doch bitte vorher informiert werden sollte. Trotzdem wir für 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind 13 gebucht hatten sollten wir bei der Abreise eine Zuzahlung von Bettensteuer86,-€ zahlen. Hierzu müssen wir sagen das wir über Trip.Com besucht haben und hier mehr Informationen für den Kunden bereitstehen sollten. Trotz alledem war es ein gelungener Trip ins Hotel mit super Schwimmbad.!!!!!!!!!

In die Jahre gekommen aber gut

Hotellet ligger vegg i vegg med et badeland, som vi ikke brukte, men en del barnefamilier brukte det tydeligvis. 200 m til stort kjøpesenter med rikelig utvalg. Gratis parkering og kort vei til fine grøntområder. 15 min med sykkel til gamlebyen. Forkostbufeen var rikholdig og med god service. Kanskje litt sene til å fylle på mat. Vi spiste middag der en kveld og her er det et betydelig forbedringspotensiale på servicen. Rett og slett elendig. Måtte spørre etter menyen, tok lang tid å få drikke og da den kom vare det feil. Servitører virket lite interessert, i motsetning til frokosten. Når endelig middagen kom smakte den godt, så all honnør til kokkene. Generelt virker hotellet slitt og trenger renovering flere steder. Solcellepaneler på takene gror over av gress, som vel sier en del. Hadde ikke valgt dette hotellet om igjen.

Nice rooms, terrible terrible service from the front desk. No hot water in the evening. The restaurant smelled like cheap chicken stock. The advertised features, like an indoor and outdoor pool didn't exist. When we asked about the nextdoor waterpark, we were told by one receptionist that it would be 15 euros and that it was open, 5 minutes later another receptionist told us it was closed, but would open the next day. When we went the next day, only the big pool was functioning, all slides, and whirlpools ect was out of order. I feel bad for all the parents who had promised their kids a trip to the water park... And none of the receptionists told us about everything being out of order.

We have booked our stay at the hotel as we would like to stay in the aqua park. All slides (except 1 small Indoor slide) where closed. Also the spa pools where closed. This is not stated through the booking or before arrival and we are very very disappointed. There where also aqua gym in the only open pool and we needed to leave the pool. We would not have been visiting the aqua park nor hotel if we where familiar with the conditions. The advertising material do not match the experience.

Good day! Were one of your thousands customer. October 22, 2021 Friday, i had booked a 1 night stay on your hotel named Wyndham Stralsund Hansedom. My booking was made in **********. I tried my best to keep it as a suprise for my husband for his birthday present and he is very happy when I told him that i had made a reservation on your hotel. Íve been in the hotel 3rd times with my husband but my husband has been there many more time with one of his college . We had enjoyed very much and satisfied and perfectly 100% smooth with staff from the reception, dining area and down to the swimming area connected to the hotel. Everything was perfect. But in this trip It started with the boat was nearly delayed 3 hrs. Not your fault. So when we arrived to the hotel we looking forward for good bath, good food and relax as well the staff Communication. The time we arrived my husband said ”what had happened to the hotel? The gate was not secure the parking area is open ? The glas over the entrance area is dirty. He said wow it looks like pandemic hurt the hotel much it did not look like it done before.” When we got in into the hotel, we saw 2 customer get the bath towel and get in to the bath place. When we are there in the reception area, there was 2 staff, one boy with his hair set up like on a top of his head with short hair and one is the shorter man(same as my husband talked later to). Very good hotel with bath

Ok hotel, but it is not clearly stated that access to the water park is not included in the price for accommodation and that you also have to pay extra for parking. Furthermore, a little better English knowledge of the staff could be desired.

The hotel has the appearance of being worn and is in great need of modernisation. Internet access with distributed usernames and passwords no longer belongs in today's technology world. The room did not have AC, which for the price does not measure up. In the water park, the vast majority of the slides were closed, without the prices being reduced for that reason. Badeland is also closed on Mondays, although they advertise on the website that it is open 365 days a year. The football pitch in the area was overgrown. Expensive breakfast with poor selection and much that was empty. Stressed waiter who complained that the systems were not working and thus could not offer us a table, even though most of the tables were free. Several stains on the carpet floor in the room and very dirty under the beds. Is not recommended.

Alles bestens, wir kommen gerne wieder. Unterkunft und Frühstück waren top. Hansedom hat sich auch gelohnt. Altstadt und Umgebung gut zu erreichen
