AAnonymous UserThe room is very good, have been living here, easy to work! The clerk is very polite, it is recommended, will live in the future! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
JJunClose to Sari Ater (only 2 minutes walk), recommended for those who want to stay cheap but clean near Sari Ater. There is also a soaking pool (unfortunately during my second visit, the pool was under maintenance). So, a budget vacation is perfect for this room :)
DDarwin JunaidiKesekian kalinya menginap di Hotel Lotus Subang, tempatnya strategis dan cocok utk bussiness trip ataupun staycation bersama keluarga saat jalan jalan ke Subang..
Thank you Lotus Hotel, till we met again next time
GGuest UserStay 1 night here on weekend for an occasion in Sari Ater. I found the hotel the only branded one in Subang center. During check-in around 3.pm has to wait around 7 minutes since reception not available.
We get room 321 but need to move since there's problem with bathroom cleanliness. Staff quickly managed to give us new room with no issue this time. Good service from Asep/FO and Riki/HK.
Upon check-out, The Chef gave us pineapple cake, fave homemade cakes. Appreciation to management who manage our room issue quick.
Some advise:
- 3in1 soap in bathroom is too slick, negative impact wasted water to rinse. Better change the soap.
- pls check AC #329, need to reclean.
GGuest UserThe check in not really smooth, only one person at front desk, waiting about 10-15 minutes for service, have to pay extra to upgrade the room, since the room does not have bathtub as pictured, but she is nice to let us upgrade.
The room is dirty and smells, bathroom has mold, and we can hear noise from the other bedroom. The 2 free drink bottles unsealed and looks like someone already open them.
The Restaurant is okay, the food acceptable, although my husband get cool soup and we have to asked the waiter to make it hot. The only best food we like is Pisang goreng.
The Pool at NANGKA is not clean, so we decided to get to the private tub, and we have to pay for Rp.60K/each.
PPutu AlexanderI booked two single rooms. The room was above the main road. If you can't sleep with a noise please not to book on to this room. Very friendly staff. As a Ramadhan, the restaurant open from 4am. The foods displayed as a buffet, if you are not doing a fasting try to ask to have breakfast ala carte when you up. But the time end on 8am. Avoid a ramadhan to booked on this hotel or make arrangements before you book.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is in the center of subang city, close to the court office and the toll exit. Cleanliness is good, but the facilities should be improved, the tv chanel is added, the bathroom door is replaced with a better one so that it will not be broken quickly, the breakfast menu is added.. tks
CChizuuuNot bad, just annoyed that the parking attendant was hitting his helmet until the visor came off but instead the customer stared and complained and asked for parking money.
FFachrurodjiThe property need renovation, it became an old house. Bit scary. Travel with family is a good choice because of nice weather but lack of amusement. Slowly but sure will become abandon palace.
