房間什麼的都還行，唯一不好的是衞生間的味太大了！門都沒法開的那種，這種高層的下水管道不裝S彎隔絕異味的嗎？非常影響體驗，衹住一晚將將就了，希望房東早點解決這個問題。

1、此酒店沒有免費停車，在攜程預訂這麼多次，第一次遇到，並且酒店管家認為理所當然，和停車場入口處保安態度如出一轍，生硬，不耐煩，房間已經過了免費取消時段，無奈衹得付50塊停車費停隔壁停車場
2、管家宣稱在酒店詳情頁面已經備註沒有免費停車，經過一行人在攜程頁面反覆尋找，找到“熱門設施：停車50塊”，是否管家應該在我們預訂初始階段就應該提示？
3、此酒店公寓和多家同類型公寓租住一幢樓，總共47層，電梯分高區低區，問題來了，此次我們入住高區29樓，電梯空間狹小，三部電梯，一部壞了，到了看完演唱會回來，變成兩部壞了，每次上下樓，至少等待10分鐘
4、管家宣稱給我們升級了行政套房，請看下我拍的房間部分照片，這是能匹配行政套房這4個字？空調出口發黴漏水，房間牆面到處是污漬，衞生死角佈滿灰塵，最關鍵的是一個房間的鎖竟然是被撬掉的，管家對行政套房是不是有什麼誤解？
5、床品一言難盡，床墊要麼太軟，要麼太硬，及其不舒服
6、房間設施是否經過消毒，不得而知
7、管家作為一個號稱經理的人，對於服務行業是不是有什麼誤解？態度生硬，並且無時不刻在懟我們，刷新了我們對酒店從業人員的認知
8、希望攜程對酒店能有所監管，這麼多好評是否確實是如此？應該定期上門隨機抽樣檢查，而不是等客人入住以後發現問題，再反饋問題

地理位置優越，但住宿體驗一般般，對自駕遊的朋友來説停車十分不便，衞生一般，枕頭下面有頭髮。想燒個水，不會用他家簡易燒水器，不是很好！總體來説還可以吧

1.入住體驗不佳
2.實話圖片和實物不符
3.客人入住前要把床單被套收好還擺在房間客廳
4.不推薦入住要求太多了，隱藏收費也多。
5.位置極差啥也看不到就在裝修，第二天就換到國金了。
