Convenient for the work I do at the Dulwich schools nearby. Not any English spoken but we get by fine with some translation apps and good nature. I'm not a fan of showing on the door that I don't want my room cleaned for sustainability reasons and it being cleaned anyway so I had to give a reminder on this. It is a friendly place, decent breakfast and comfortable rooms :)

The first front desk lady named Tian, ​​who left a deep impression on me, was very polite when I checked out. She gave us parking tickets and water, as well as souvenirs. When I opened them, I found that they were their special tea bags, which were very fragrant. The environment of the front desk was in the style of Suzhou gardens, with a bookish atmosphere, very warm and comfortable, neat and orderly. It brought a perfect end to my trip to Suzhou.

The hotel has been open for a while, and although the hardware facilities are a bit outdated, the software services are really good! The front desk was enthusiastic and proactive, and the procedures were completed quickly. Manager Geng in the front office arranged exclusive courtesy. I was very satisfied with the room. The view and landscape were great. The fruits delivered were also very fresh and sweet. The breakfast also satisfied the taste buds as always. When checking out, the guy surnamed Yao at the front desk politely and friendly asked about my stay. He also gave me a New Year notebook gift box specially arranged by Manager Geng with blessings from the hotel management. I was flattered. It was both practical and meaningful. , it feels very, very good. It makes me firmly believe that Guanyuan Liusu is my best choice, and I hope the hotel will get better and better! Because of the holiday, many star-rated hotels were full. I accidentally saw that this hotel still had rooms, so I booked two rooms. After arriving, it completely exceeded my expectations. The price of the hotel is very close to the people, but the service has reached the level of five stars. The room is very quiet, and the corridor is carefully equipped with a heater. Although it is a room on the first floor, each room has an air purifier, there is no dampness, no odor, the elevator and the bathroom are all fragrant, and the hotel corridor is filled with a faint fragrance. What's more surprising is the breakfast on the second day. The environment is beautiful, facing the beautiful Yinshan Lake, the breakfast is exquisite, the ingredients are fresh, the pastries in the steamer are all handmade, no longer the same semi-finished products, mixed noodles, wontons, hot vegetables, and juices are freshly squeezed, which is better than most hotels. The hotel's housekeeper Cao made thoughtful arrangements everywhere. When the power was off, there was a detail that surprised me. The front gear of each vehicle parked on the ground helped us to shade the sun. It was so thoughtful! It is really an underestimated hotel, super super considerate, and there is a feeling of being at home. I will come again next time I come to Suzhou!

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.
