"#There are cockroaches crawling inside the sanitary bathroom...#Service a room can have 2 pools of hot spring water, the water has a sulfur smell, the hot spring feels OK, but my experience needs to be shared in detail. Passing through Taishan, I found a store with high scores on the platform to stay for one night and soak in a hot spring. After arriving at the store, I paid a deposit of 500 yuan (the deposit fee is greater than the room fee) and then said that the burst water pipe will have a hot spring at 8 or 9 pm. I played mahjong for 40 minutes (at the beginning, I said that I gave a good review to free mahjong opening fee, After checking out, I said that I had to give a good review before refunding the room deposit. This threatening praise, I would rather pay the mahjong opening fee of 100) and finally drag and drag for many reasons. I didn't refund my 400 yuan deposit until more than 6 hours after check-out. The complete description of the real experience is for your reference and no other evaluation. #Cost-effective its elevator is bad ~ can climb the stairs, the so-called 24-hour housekeeper can reply to the message after more than an hour (the kind that may not be answered without urging)"

"Environmental sanitation is quite satisfactory, the room is big enough, four people live very comfortable. Can feed animals (less) can feed fish, sit down under the tree at night to have a drink is very relaxing. There is nothing fun nearby, you have to drive in and out, you can also eat in the hotel, breakfast variety is small, but tastes good, health!

"This is my second stay. Overall, I feel that it is still very cost-effective. I have stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Taishan. Although it is very good, it is also expensive. I have stayed at a very ordinary hotel, which is cheap but feels average. I have also stayed at a homestay apartment, which is good in all aspects except that there is no service and no breakfast.
So this one should be more in line with our requirements. The breakfast is still rich and varied, and there is also a free midnight snack. The staff is still very enthusiastic."

Facilities and sanitation: new room facilities, good KTV sound quality, large screen, and fashionable fitness sports-golf simulation field. I have lived in many homestays around Guangdong, but this one is the most comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, the window is opened to see the scenery, the bathroom hot spring pool is private, the hot spring water is not limited, and it is clean and hygienic.

"I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip, and it was truly one of the best places to unwind after a long day. The interior design stood out—elegant and far superior to any hotel I’ve visited before. The staff were attentive, respectful, and quick to assist with my check-in, along with a complimentary breakfast voucher.
The room itself was spotless, featuring a super comfortable bed, free bottled water, tea, and a range of amenities. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fruits, drinks, and delicious traditional Chinese dishes.
While many nearby hotels offered similar pricing, none came close to matching the level of comfort, luxury, and attention to detail I experienced here. This hotel truly delivered a premium stay without the premium price tag.

"The hotel is big, there are many places for children to play, the hot springs are superb, the front desk waiter and other professional attitudes and services are very friendly, especially the front desk, the young man, Wei Ge, is intimate, the smile and the service is first-class, there is afternoon tea, popcorn, ice cream 🍦 supply, the important point is free, A bag of Taishan rice was also sent when checking out, which was intimate enough. The breakfast is rich in variety, there is a children's playground, and adults are organic, which is super suitable for family travel and vacation. The guest room is very clean and comfortable, there is a balcony, the housekeeper has turned on the air conditioner in advance before check-in, the service is to the store, and the price is super high."

RrudolfhkEaster trip with the family, stayed here after Kaiping rural historical villages and diaolou exploration. For some city time. Clean neat new hotel. Good Non smoking rooms.
Nice bathrooms, japanese style automatic toilets. Simple okay buffet breakfast, fresh coffee, mostly Chinese style breakfast. Our family had a good time. Booked a double for us and a twin room for the kids. There is a bit of a music bass noise in the evening due to next door night club. Was mentioned in the booking. No real problem for us. We enjoyed the giant modern Chain mall a short drive away for dinner and shopping. The old city centre is also good for meals and the sights.

AAnonymous UserThe shuttle service (covering Taishan High-Speed Rail Station, Taishan Bus Station, Taishan Air Terminal, and Taishan Yongdong Bus Station) was fantastic. They used a comfortable business vehicle for complimentary transfers, and the service was truly excellent; they even thoughtfully provided two bottles of mineral water due to the hot weather. Our hotel room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, complete with a large balcony. The on-site Chinese restaurant also served excellent food at very reasonable prices, so we never worried about going over budget. This makes it perfect for frequent business travelers like myself. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely be recommending it to my colleagues.

AAnonymous UserIt's been almost ten years since I last visited Taishan to see family, and I was really surprised by how much it's changed! The integrated shopping mall is excellent, with a great range of facilities and a diverse selection of stores. You can find everything from nail salons, hair and beauty treatments, to coffee shops and bubble tea, catering to all sorts of needs for those returning from abroad. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful; they helped me with taxis, recommended great restaurants, and I loved the room they arranged for me. Highly, highly recommend!

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserNew World hotel is truly a world class hotel. The hotel layout is huge and the hotel lobby leading to the lift lobby has mesmerising ceiling art not unlike Sistine Chapel.
Check in was quite swift. We met Ki Ki and she is indeed very kind, helpful and patient with us; going beyond extra miles in helping us navigating the city, booking cab, introducing good restaurants & even helping us to find & locate our ancestor's village by contacting the relevant association! I have to say she is a true gem in the hotel! Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciations go beyond words for her.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
5/5 - no complaints.

HHuangI reserved the 2-bed Room and it looks like this building was built as an apartment. This unit was two levels, which they split the lower level as a hotel room and the upper level as a short term apartment rental. Fortunately it was not occupied. Could have been noisy. Noise from the hallway was already a little too much. One last complaint was the toilet being in the shower room. Very bad setup.
However I might stay here again just for the breakfast. It was included in my room booking. Very good varieties and tasty! Front desk girl is very hard working and courteous. Thanks for your help!

It's a pity that there is really nothing to see or do in this resort, so there is no need to go out of your way! ! ! In the near future, we can add more places to see and play~

GGuest UserThe overall environment is okay, and the neighborhood is not noisy. Even though the duplex apartment is forced to be divided into two rooms, it is a bit humorous. The door to my room leads to the stairs. But when you get up there, it’s pretty much the same as advertised in the pictures. I didn’t take pictures of the inside, but the price/performance ratio is pretty good.
