Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.

Our trip to Tbilisi was a very special one as we were getting married. I can not put it into words how helpful and supportive Ameri Plaza team was from first day to the very last minute! and it's very important for me to mention everyone correctly. The manager of the hotel (Ecatherine) was very understanding and supportive as we had to accommodate our mothers and we had to manage other wedding related stuff. The receptionists ( Lado, Rati, Nika, and Misho ) were always ready to help us out with all of requirements. They went far and beyond to make sure we are having a good trip. I also wanted to thank Ika for offering and helping us to get to the roof and taking amazing pictures with the view. The restaurant manager, Guram ( Guci ) was very helpful and we were able to have a photoshoot session at the restaurant . He kindly surprised us with champagne and decorated table waiting for us. Rooms being so clean , breakfast being A class , the location of hotel being convenient to access other places were just cherry on top of the cake! On behalf of my bride and myself I want to once again thank Ameri plaza team ! I totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Tbilisi!

I stayed in this hotel for a week in September. A small hotel, 2 floors but very clean and good rooms. Cleaning is done every day. The rooms have a safe deposit box and the bathroom is also big and good and has free Wi-Fi with good speed in the hotel. The staff are very kind and polite. In terms of quantity, the breakfast is not as good as the 4-star hotels we know, but it has a good variety and is delicious. You will find the main items needed for a hotel breakfast: sausage, several types of eggs, ham, pasta, fruit, salad, cheese, butter and jam, muffins, condensed yogurt, fruit juice, tea and coffee. There is also a small courtyard next to the restaurant for sitting. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet and cozy alley, but within a 1-minute walk from Rustaveli Street, the metro station, McDonald's restaurant, exchange office, and supermarket are also located 50 meters from the hotel.

I ordered it on the same day. The transportation is very convenient and the price is very cheap in the city center. It is only two subway stops from the train station. I walked for an hour and a half without the subway in the middle of the night (the Ctrip map was out of alignment), but there was still someone at the front desk, because Ctrip confirmed with the front desk in advance that they could check in in the middle of the night, and the front desk speaks English, so communication is no problem. The room is very small and has a big bed. The sanitation is shared on the floor. The bath is also convenient. Just sleep for a while and adjust it. It is still very satisfactory. There is a foreign currency exchange place next to the downstairs. In short, it is very good and very cost-effective. If you go again in the future, you can book other rooms in their house.

The hotel location is perfect for views of the city. Bear in mind that nothing is flat in Tbilisi and the walk back to the hotel is steep. But you can take a taxi. The walk down to Freedom Square takes about 15 minutes, so the location is convenient if you want to be in a quiet area of the city while still being able to walk to the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly, and Bella, in particular, is extremely helpful at reception and always smiling. Breakfast is pretty average and not very well organized. We had to wait a long time for the empty buffet dishes to be refilled. One of the staff ladies did apologize for this. They do however provide good breakfast packs if you need to leave early in the morning, before breakfast begins. The room was very clean, but some bedding should be thrown away. We had a hole in our duvet cover and a huge tear (about 15cm) in a pillow case, which should have been thrown away instead of being used.

The hostel is a renovated old apartment with high roof and really good design and everything is very clean. It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

I want to tell you about our short trip to Tbilisi. We went there with my wife for five days with flights together. We searched for a hotel for our stay on the Internet not very long. The good choice in Tbilisi hotels are very many. The wife chose this hotel. We arrived in Georgia before lunch. Check in to the hotel on their terms at 14:00. But after talking to the staff they went to us for a meeting and let us in the room. We were very pleased. That is what friendly and responsive staff means. While we went to our room, my wife and I looked around. We were very pleasant and comfortable to be there. It was clean, neat. We liked the room very much, though not big but quite spacious. Beautifully filled bed, beautiful curtains. The room had everything required, the closet, bed, table and TV. The TV we never turned on, flying there not for that. Also liked the light sunset where the shower was. I myself like to wash in the shower more than in the bathroom, it was also another plus for me. There was nothing extra in the room, just everything needed. We didn't go for breakfast because there were small restrictions with this coude. Yes, and we woke up long after breakfast. And as we woke up just went to look at the local sights. And there are a lot of them in the district, yes, and there isn't enough time to check out. There were many cafes and restaurants around, with hunger we were definitely not dying)) We were back to the hotel at night. And the point of lying in the room day when around such beauty. The holidays we flew very quickly. But we were very happy with such a trip, though not long. Especially liked the hotel where we have rested all these days. Who will decide to fly, I advise you to consider this institution. Everything is clean, neat, light and pleasant staff.
