無接觸入住，房東很熱情，介紹地也很細緻，有什麼問題都會耐心解答。
地理位置優越，湖景簡直不要太美，樓下美食廣場，走幾分鐘就是地鐵口，非常便利。
房間衞生很好，佈置簡潔，而且還有投屏，和朋友一起窩在沙發上喝喝小酒看看電影簡直絕了。

首先關於老闆，先送一朵小紅花😊，真是有求必應，來考試對環境很陌生常問些入門級問題，老闆每次都回復很及時，而且超級有耐心態度也好，真是太難得了！
關於位置，水上公園地鐵出站走路五六分鐘，最主要這一路走過一片美食繁華哇，對我這種吃貨來説幸福感很強，晚上下樓就是夜市，唯一這邊物價真心不算低
關於房間設施，打掃很乾凈，一次性拖鞋牙刷俱全，牙刷的包裝還挺文藝😂，投影電視大床，還有超大落地窗，俯視動物園視野超好，小妞喜歡！
關於遛娃，離動物園800米左右吧，門票30，能遛大半天，隔壁就是水上樂園，完美！
以後來天津還是會住他家吧❤️

總體還算中規中矩吧，老闆服務態度很好，也很耐心，有問必答，地點也比較好找，屋子整體還行，視野景色不錯，衞生間比較小，洗澡不太方便，停車的話就看自己本事能不能找到便宜的地方了，樓下停車很貴。

入住過程有點像密室逃脱，而且還是稍帶恐怖的那種。總之房間外面，大廈裏面的環境不太好。但房間裏還可以，尤其是投影不錯。淋浴器太老了，該換了。周邊大環境也不錯，商場➕地鐵。所以我很猶豫應該推薦還是不推薦

①房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，民宿在繁華地段，周邊交通出行方便。隔音好，空調涼爽，整晚都睡的很安穩，下次還會選擇這家民宿。
②非常熱情的民宿房東，整個入住過程愉快且放心，首先下了車就有房東親自微信接待並一路帶領我們走進房間，其次映入眼簾的房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，房東也是有問必答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！！！

[位置]離地鐵站距離真的很近，出門就是大商場，有很多小吃夜市，出行方便旁邊就是天津動物園和水上公園。
[設施】裝修簡約高雅，投影影院式體驗，位置居高風景好，可以俯視天津動物園。
[衞生]五星好評，床品非常舒服，直接去要了連結，整體衞生乾淨清爽。
[服務]房東服務熱情，有求必應，總結無可挑剔。

設施：洗漱用品一應俱全，配的書籍也很不錯
衞生：房間不大、但是乾乾淨淨，佈置温馨
環境：1. 樓比較舊但是電梯是需要刷房卡，所以比較安全，2.周邊緊鄰奧城商圈，遍地美食，還有夜市，吃一禮拜不會重樣），往東體育館那邊還有專門夜市、影城…3.交通也便利，緊鄰水滴體育場，兩條地鐵站就在旁邊
服務：店主服務周到、入住解説詳細、解答問題迅速、退房也方便、退按金也快捷。
這次是來看球，下次要是再來好好住兩天吃兩天美食Y（^_^）Y

這幾棟公寓都是這種小户型，所以很多家日租或者長租公寓。之前也住過其他家的。這家窗外直接能看到水上公園景色好。洗髮水沐浴露挺好的大瓶家裡常用的牌子。投影沒搞明白，對不了焦用不了。毛巾是要自己買的~面積大服務好，無接觸入住。推薦挺好的！
