The staff is nice and friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is near the airport and has free airport transfer service.

I booked it for its proximity ti the airport as I had an early flight the next morning. The hotel offers shuttle to the airport.
The bed was very comfortable and slept very well, almost snoozer my alarm to stay longer but I had a flight to catch. The only downside would be the drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Other than that the room was very clean.

Checked in 12pm checked out 5:30am for a flight to Chengdu. 10 mins free shuttle to the airport and the rooms are quiet and well enough done for a night. All good.

Very nice location, stuff are nice. if i comeback to Hong Kong i will definetely choose this hotel as my first destination. However the wifi is a slow. other than it is a very nice hotel and worth the price You're paying for.

有接送機服務，前台接待態度很好，房間安靜整潔，酒店還有免費健身房，真的很不錯。

非常憋屈的一次入住體驗！！！！
去天津辦事，晚上七八點臨時決定在天津住一晚，找到了附近的這家酒店。入住已經十點多了，休息一晚第二天九點左右就退房了。當時退房的時候前台説可以走了，前台並沒有通知客房收房（這造成了之後的奇葩事件）
下午一兩點前台突然發來三張圖片（因為有把梳子落下了，所以前台加了微信）説床上有染髮劑污漬，有血漬，地上有菜湯油漬，需要賠償150元，並且很肯定的説是我們的房間！
我跟家人十點多入住後就睡了，根本沒在屋裡吃飯，我説你們是不是搞錯了，去確認下吧，過了一會前台説搞錯了，血漬和油漬不是我們屋！但染髮劑肯定是我們屋的，要賠償120元！
住那間房的是七十歲的長者，上哪兒染髮去！我説如果認定是我們造成的我們可以賠償，但我要叫上警察一起確認，如果不是我要求十倍賠償，這是前台這個所謂的經理又不吱聲了，聲稱他們再去確認！
二十分鐘後給他們致電，經理告知“不追究我們責任了”他們去清洗！我説：“你很確認是我們房間發現的，是我們住了一晚造成的”經理很肯定的確認，我説“那既然有染髮劑污漬，不是我們造成的就是原來就有，那麼我們還是找警察驗證是不是有染髮就好，有染髮我們賠償，沒辦法那就是酒店不乾淨，我們要求十倍賠償！”這時經理突然改口説他們服務不好，前台沒經過培訓，造成了誤會！
這是什麼誤會？剛才不還很確定的説是我們造成的嗎？另外為什麼退房時不收房呢？
最後我説如果不是我們造成的而是之前就有污漬怎麼辦，這位經理説請示下領導，掛斷電話後就沒有下文了！我想問假如正好我家人染頭髮這件事情是不是就説不清楚衹能認栽了？店大欺客嗎？
