It is a beautiful hotel!! Full of plants, it is like a park, a beautiful natural reserve! Charm! Ideal to come to rest. It has 4 tickets. A main beautiful with one for children next to you. Then two more distributed in the park. The room is huge. The very large and very practical room. The cleaning of the room could be deeper since there is sand all the time everywhere. No matter how long you try to get it out ...sta x everywhere! Jajajjaa but it makes magic too. The hotel restaurant is open up to 21.30 and really is very good option. It eats very well and at good price. Breakfast has a wide variety of indigenous cakes that change day by day, a very good coffee machine, several options of bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese ... I would add Pao of cheese I love! I will miss this hotel, your people, your employees are all super correct, super friendly, we are very grateful.

O quarto é bem amplo e completo, porém, as paredes são de drywall, dá para ouvir tudo o que acontece nos quartos vizinhos. O corretor que liga os quartos ao elevador é muito escuro e estreito. A localização, piscina, atendimento e café da manhã, são ótimos!

We went to Pipa Lagoa to celebrate the five years of my daughter, and we were positively surprised. The hotel has a good structure, large and comfortable rooms, pleasant toy, beautiful view of the Lagoa de Guaraisas, wonderful food and sensational care, with emphasis on official Diana, who gave me all the support in providing a space to sing the congratulations with the beautiful view of the restaurant. The hotel still has a friendly photographer to record moments of guests and a very requested concierge, which provided a cake for the congratulations in the kids area, which is, by the way, very legal.

One of the best accommodations in life! Clean rooms and accommodations with a smell of true cleaning. Good and kind officials. The barman Diego very nice and excellent in drinks. Dona Neuza wonderful with grandmother treatment at breakfast and at all times. Very warm reception and presented the whole hotel to us. Cocoa and tone 🐶🐈 also left our stay more special. Summary: All was amazing and wonderful

The hotel is a scenario but people are the very essence of this hotel! I, my wife and my three-year-old daughter, we were 8 days in the Hotel Ponta do Madeira! The hotel is beautiful, it looks like a scenery with a fantastic sea view from the dining area to the way to the rooms. It is therapeutic. The hotel is very careful and the beach is the best that is there. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel restaurant is very good. The menus of the pool and the beach bar are very good too. What we most liked at the hotel beyond its beauty and sea views in almost all of the hotel were people! From the reception to the Beach bar, to drivers, garden cooks, the staff of this hotel is a real example. We would like to give a greeting to Romildo, Alex, Roberto, Patricio, John, Clayton, Rodriguez, the Glass (I think it is written like that) to Baby, to Fabric and to all the elements of this team that were incredible with us in a time of disease of our daughter and that have helped us much, always with all the concern . The hotel is a very good choice for anyone who wants a quiet place in Pipa, very close to Villa, literally in the middle of the wooden.The pool is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff's attention and sympathy is exemplary. For those who seek peace and contact with nature is an excellent option.

The location is awesome (in front of the beach and with a beautiful lake in the back, but maintenance and lack of attention to details makes it suffer (the jacuzzi in the room was leaking, the the mattress was crooked and the bedspread was pretty old and torn). During the holiday the service also suffered from the excess of guests but when most people was gone, the space started to shine.
