The beds were 2 out of 5. Definitely sore from sleeping there. M 6'3". F 5'3". Room was clean. Hotel was fine. Hard to find the front door. You have to use the small cellphone to call the owner to come out and let you in. Won't stay there again because of the beds.

民宿非常好，經濟實惠，很乾凈也很安靜，主人熱情周到細心。民宿附近有兩個大的地鐵站，出門很方便，在地鐵站附近有不少價廉物美的餐館。距離天空樹景點很近，去淺草都很方便。特別是去成田機場更方便。還便宜，坐他家附近搭地鐵京成成田空港線 1190 日元搞定。下次去東京還會選他家。

깜짝 놀랐습니다. 불과 몇개월전에도 호텔이름이 신코이와 파크 호텔이었는데
스마일 호텔로바뀌어 있어서 놀랐습니다. 어디에서도 이름바뀐것을 고객인 저에게 알려주질않아 누구든
예약시.. 조심해야 할듯합니다. 시설은 바뀐것이 없었으며 위치는 신코이와 북광장으로 나가서 큰길에서 신호를 한나건너면 있으니 편리합니다.
