Great hotel. Excellent customer service. Near the train station. Room is clean and new. WiFi is good. If you are staying in the superior room, do ask for the Mt Fuji view. We stayed on the 19th floor and we can view the beautiful Mt Fuji from our room.

The service staff are very attentive. If you check out before 11 o'clock on the last day, your luggage can still be stored at the counter. I have a flight at 10 o'clock in the evening and it is very convenient to go back to the counter to pick it up after 5 o'clock. There will be cleaning and towel changing for you every day of your stay, and the laundry is self-service on the 3/7/10th floor.

We reached hotel around 12+ can’t check in yet so they keep our luggage, we went out for lunch after came back and check in. My wife asked for nice view to the counter staff so he upgraded our room to 36th floor ( free of charge ). We got panoramic view, room was compact but clean and nice City view. We are happy although they didn’t clean for last day. Location was awesome, convenient store at lobby and next to shopping mall. We will come back for sure.

It is a hotel opened in front of Ikebukuro Higashiguchi station in February 2021. On the second floor of the hotel, there is a delicious restaurant called Heart, but if you ask for a hotel breakfast plan, you can eat a freshly baked fluffy sufrepan cake here. It was available. Anyway, all the heart meals were delicious, so if you stay, I would definitely recommend a plan with this breakfast buffet. Even if you stay overnight, there is a convenience store on the １ floor, so it is not troublesome for eating. It may be good for those who want to stay cheap at a little. And now there is a smoking floor rarely. Other floors are non-smoking, of course, but I think it is a gentle hotel for those who are smoked because there is also a smoking place on the 3 floor. I booked 2 deluxe twin room type but I got 2 one-bed rooms. Though I booked for 1 occupancy for each room (we stayed 2 pax for each room cos it was full upon 2 pax booking), they should give me the room I booked then charged the difference whatsoever. The room size of one-bed room is only 14sqm. When I made a booking, I already considered the room size but they give me another room type. I even wrote the email prior to my check in telling my problem upon booking and that I intended to stay 4 people. They reply “the maximum occupancy for this room type (twin) is 2. When I asked to change the room at the hotel they said it was fully booked. Only 1 room can be changed on another day with additional cost, which I paid for that.

After staying here for more than ten days, I thought it was pretty good. I slept soundly every night and the bed was very comfortable. There are many restaurants and izakayas nearby, all of which are Japanese-style. As long as you are not timid, go and eat there. If you want to eat Chinese food or chain restaurants, walk a few steps to the Ichibukuro west exit area. If you want to eat better, go to Tobu Seibu.

This hotel is located in the middle, close to the railway traffic, very convenient for our short-term travel, breakfast is very good, there are many types, the room is small, the activity space is crowded, but it is very clean, the furniture is complete, the bed is very hard, it should be a standard Japanese style, Electronic heated toilet seat cushions have become a habit of us, where can I buy them? There are many places to eat nearby, no need to eat in the hotel restaurant, of course, it is also very good.

I left my luggage before check-in time and walked out of the area and checked in in the evening, but the luggage I left was already in the room. We had a pleasant holiday in Ikebukuro WING. Although at first we were taken aback by the size of the room (we went to Tokyo for the first time), we got used to it at the end. The staff and the convenient location make up for the size. Walking distance from Ikebukuro Yamanote Line Station 10-15. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. Ikebukuro itself is very lively, close to the station, there is a huge Saiwu shopping mall, close to many eating and entertainment venues. However, the hotel is in a quiet alley, so there is no noise interference. A minute walk from the old Arakawa line. WIFI signal was weak in our room but the staff at the front desk promptly agreed to change us to a different suite. To our surprise, the staff had moved all the luggage and things to the new room. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. We didn't have a free breakfast for our room rate. All in all a good experience.
