## Hotel East 21 Tokyo: Great Room Size, Frustrating Heating Issue **Pros:** * Spacious and comfortable rooms * Convenient location with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby * Offers shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort (availability might need to be confirmed) **Cons:** * **Exorbitantly priced parking:** Be prepared for high parking costs if you plan to drive. * **Unresolved heating issue:** Encountered a malfunctioning heater during winter, and staff response was inadequate. While the temperature was adjusted, the core problem wasn't addressed, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. * **Distance from metro station:** A 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station might be inconvenient for some travelers relying on public transport. **Overall:** Hotel East 21 Tokyo offers comfortable accommodations with a drawback in its distance from the metro station. However, the significant issue lies in the malfunctioning heater during winter and the lack of proper resolution by the staff. This can be a major concern, especially for guests visiting during colder months. **Recommendation:** Consider this hotel if the spacious rooms and proximity to convenience stores are priorities. However, be aware of the expensive parking and the potential heating issues. It might be advisable to contact the hotel beforehand to inquire about the current functionality of the heating system, especially if visiting during winter.

This is the most disappointing hotel I have ever booked at this price. There is no other. Environment: It is opposite the US Consulate, so this area is very safe and quiet. The security level is also very high. Facilities: The facilities in the room are relatively complete, but the drinks in the bar cost money. There is no explanation when checking in. Even the sign next to the bar is very small, and it is only placed next to the drinks, which makes people mistakenly think that the juice drinks in the refrigerator are free. Gym: The most criticized thing is the gym, which is not 24 hours. It only opens at 6 o'clock in the morning. I just want to take a picture of myself in the mirror that day, and I didn't take a picture of others at all. The waiter kept staring at you and trying to stop you. Breakfast: I read the comments saying that the breakfast is very rich, so I am looking forward to it. After all, the price range is 6-7000 a night, so I hope the breakfast will be amazing. As a result, there was a long queue when I went to breakfast at more than 7 o'clock, which was very uncomfortable. The dishes are also very average, not to mention rich for people who are fitness and fat loss. It doesn't match the price at all. In addition, I didn't know that this hotel has a new building and an old building when I booked it, and I don't know if the front desk arranged the wrong room for my price. All in all, the experience was very bad and disappointing. I even wanted to complain to Ctrip. The price was very inconsistent with the actual experience!
