Family-friendly Hotels in Tongren

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the cleaning ladies are very qualified and will take the initiative to smile and say hello, the room environment is very good and very hygienic, the restaurant is also great, the dishes are delicious, I went back to my hometown and stayed for a rest, which left me with a very good stay experience, great 👍🏻

We are glad we chose this hotel. It is beautiful with a garden you can walk in upfront. The room was bigger than we had imagined with fancy gadgets and house keeping. Check in was a breeze. The front desk was friendly, helpful and resourceful. They helped us to find a driver to drive us. They also suggested places of interest that we could visit. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. The hotel is a little up a steep-ish cliff but its only like a 10 minutes endeavor. Taxis and didi's can come right up to the hotel. There's a bus stop literally by the hotel gate on the main road that can take you into town. The breakfast was the only down thing for us. Ir was very very chinese targeted. At least there was coffee! We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

The hotel is located on the riverside with very beautiful scenery. On the other side is the Lanbowan Shopping Plaza, with many food and dining options. In addition, walking south along the riverside, you can reach the Zhongnanmen Historical and Cultural Tourism Area in more than ten minutes' walk. Therefore, staying at Tongren Jinjiang Hot Spring Hotel is very convenient for visiting Tongren’s urban attractions. There is a private soaking pool in the room, which is very helpful to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Especially after climbing Fanjing Mountain, soaking in a pool of hot spring water is definitely the best way to relax.

The room is nice and big, with parking. The area around the hotel is quite lively, close to the high-speed rail station and not far from the ancient city. It costs about 10 yuan to take a taxi. The hotel business is quite good. We met a team when we checked in.

The room is satisfactory. The hardware conditions are converted from an old house. It has everything that should be there. There was no TV in the room at first, but the children wanted to watch it. After the staff debugged it to no avail, the front desk immediately contacted to replace it. I am satisfied. My friend stayed in another room and left something behind. When the hotel found it during cleaning, he contacted us by phone and helped to send it back by express delivery. Thank you. Until he contacted us by phone, my friend had not yet realized that he had forgotten to take something away. Haha, great! I also sent a few photos of the hotel's surrounding environment. It would be better if the weather was good.

I went to the hotel full of expectations, but the weather was not strong, the smog was everywhere, the visibility had to go to five meters, the starry sky, the distant mountains, the sunrise, I didn't see it all, very, very regrettable. Because it is the off-season, there are very few tourists, many facilities in the scenic area are not open, and it is not convenient to eat. The sister at the front desk of the hotel is very warm and considerate. The bathtub in the room is very comfortable, the toilet is also very smart, the room is super big, the bed is too hard, the sleep is not very comfortable, this price hotel, it is recommended to change the latex mattress:) This hotel is suitable for a family to relax, but you must pick the right time, otherwise you can't see it, it's a pity

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park. The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!
