We loved our stay in The Sutton Place. The actual room exceeded our expectation vs the room pictures presented in Trip.

Convenient location and excellent customer service. Hotel room is beautiful.

The hotel is fantastic, located in a quiet corner of the city center. Easy access to attractions and the main area. It is a bit tricky to find the location at the beginning, but the facility inside is very nice!

The ventilation and air-con in the room are too lound when it is on

Very satisfied. Very clean and spacious. The view from the window is average. I originally stayed at the Fairmont, but the hotel there is too old and the soundproofing is too poor. There were many fans staying there during the Blue Jays game, so it was particularly noisy, so I moved here. This place also provides disposable slippers, toothbrushes, soap, etc., just like hotels in China. There is also a gym. I highly recommend staying here. I didn't have a credit card, so I used a debit card to pay the deposit, which was very considerate.

The room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Union Station. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a fire alarm during the stay, but fortunately it was just a false alarm.

The location is excellent, quiet in a busy area, and you can reach many places by foot. The service staff are responsive and friendly. It would be perfect if the water pressure of the shower was stronger.

The room was spacious and the location was good... I especially liked that the facilities were new and not old, and the room was very spacious. It's great as a bed. Next time I go to Toronto, I will stay at this hotel again.

Very good, friendly service staff and super clean. The location is also very good. There are 24-hour shops nearby. It is highly recommended for everyone to book, but there is no restaurant in the hotel, so there is no way to order breakfast
