"Maybe one of the hotels that offer room services during your stay - so many just don’t do it anymore even though we are paying so much more - plus breakfast is awsome with good quality of food - except for frozen strawberries and pineapple - why? Make no sense - but overall berry satisfy with their services "

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues. A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight. Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives. The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked. The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout. Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review. I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking."

"The room was very good and the breakfast was quite rich. There was a young lady at the front desk who was very friendly. My friend and I booked for two days and one person booked for three days. Two of them did not include breakfast, because the tour group was very early, I thought about coordinating breakfast and pre-positioning the early date. Miss Sister didn't say anything, let us go to breakfast the next morning, the hotel gave us ～, especially warm heart"

"The shuttle bus to the airport runs every half an hour, but you need to make an appointment, because sometimes it doesn't leave if there are no guests. The room is quite big, the living room and the room are separated, but it is old and clean. There is a gas station nearby that can be used as 7-11 to buy water, card fees and snacks. There is a big shopping mall nearby, so shopping is very convenient."

"There is a post office nearby, so it is very convenient to send express delivery. Very clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was very well lit. I had a great time staying here for 8 days, in the southern suburbs of Seattle, close to the airport."

"The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared. The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, there is no airport shuttle. The room size is quite large and the facilities are relatively new and complete. The breakfast variety is also good and the traffic is more convenient."

"Excellent location, not far from airport, but no airplane flight above and no noise, about 0.2 mile to highway entrance, no car noise. very close to shopping center and many restaurants. room is very clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast has many choices. Coffee is good. Parking lot is very large and secure. Hotel staff are very friendly. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel."

"For an over night traveler. This place is always great to stay. With their breakfast meal service as well as cocktails drinks at night. You can’t go wrong and a shuttle to the airport is a plus. How I wish they give discounted prices for us old folks. Cuz it’s a little pricey for us. That’s All!"
