The whole experience was excellent. The gentleman at the front Sebastian was very attentive on a daily basis. Would send us emails or text every day making sure everything was OK. Definitely would visit this location again.

Casa 5 had no hot water-Luke warm at best
not enough serving staff at the pools
canned water is awful
Only 2 small pillows on each bed
toilet area smelt really bad like mold

We were there for 5 days they don’t come to clean the room all they did fix the bed and put new towels and take out the used ones. You can’t even walk in the room with out slippers that’s how dirty was the floor. I took some picture after the cliam they clean the room. Wish there’s way to post them here.

Booked a King room through *******, but when we got to the hotel they told us they didn't have any King rooms available so they gave a Queen room for our trip. We paid extra for the King so we are dissatisfied with that outcome.

Beautiful property. Very clean. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was a favourite especially because of Israel who we asked to be seated with each morning. He always made us feel welcome and took fantastic care of us.
Only complaints were check in and getting items for our room that were missing. We arrived at 9am from an early flight and had to wait until 3 pm for a room. We expected to have to wait as it’s not the resorts fault that our flight was an early one, but many people who checked in after us got rooms before us and the young lady who checked us is was not accommodating or informative at all. Made us feel a quite unwelcome which wasn’t the best way to start the trip.
One of our rooms was missing a coffee machine and it took 2 days to finally get one after speaking to several different people. Finally a gentleman at the front desk had one sent up 5 minutes after speaking to him. Every other staff interaction was fantastic and overall we were happy with our stay.
