"The location is great connecting to a flea market with lot of clothes and food and drink outlets at night. We stay in Royal Suite, the room is huge 70 sqm, however it seem there is some design problems, example the rest room is too big but the toilet is has no privacy. What is great the food here is affordable."

"The room is clean and comfy. Staffs are friendly and great services especially one of the staff greeting by the door 👍. Good location and foods vendors across the street in the evening. There’s a walking/jogging trail by the river 👍. Book again if we ever return !!"

"Excellent service staff Very helpful, help to see the parking lot. Bring an umbrella when it rains as well. The room is clean. But stuck on the wall quite sometimes, the maid cleans the room in the morning will hear a loud noise into the room. Delicious breakfast"

"A simple room with a queen bed and small desk area with a chair. No sofa or other places to sit down. Bathroom is quite spacious BUT hot water NOT working well. Water was either too hot or too cold never at the perfect lukewarm temperature. Walls are very thin — you can hear the neighbors clearly. Breakfast was nice with a few choices."

"The room is clean and spacious. The room has a lot of space, with a sofa, dryer, and medium-sized refrigerator. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets are a very nice touch. (So good that I asked to buy it but the hotel didn't sell it) Excellent service staff, delicious food, dishes and desserts that change the menu every day. Near 7-Eleven, there is a fitness center and bicycles to borrow to ride. Overall very good."

NNadia THI stayed for 10 nights, I wasn’t pay attention of the cleaness at the first day that I stay but somehow after 3 days, I sneezed non-stop, got some redness on my arms so I look into the room and found out that they didn’t clean under the bed for ages, it is so dusty. I did reported hotel and they did clean all.

สสIt is a lovely little house resort, clean place, clean rooms, complete facilities, very good service, very cheap price, come from Rayong to travel to Laos side, book through Trip app and want any information, ask the resort to give very good advice. There is a chance to go to use the service again for sure.

JJason2023Great location if you have transport or caf walk 10 mins to the centre. Very quiet. Not many bar/restaurant choices around. Great staff, very clean hotel, lovely rooms. Staff (as is common in this part of Thailand) don't have good English but were very nice. Breakfast is disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Ubon.

รรักนะเตงThe location is considered..excellent..for..people who love to eat..because it is across from..night market..Ubon..square and BigC ..don't have to be afraid of starving. Traveling to the airport by Smart bus is even easier because the parking stop is right at the entrance alley, 20 baht at the end of the line. The accommodation is a short walk from the entrance of Soi Chayangkru 38. Go in 100 meters. The building is painted pink. There is a deposit of 250 baht when checking in. You get it back after returning the key. New room, comfortable sleep There is a handkerchief provided. There are mosquito screens for people who can open the windows to let in the breeze. In February, the weather is cool and it's very chilling to sleep. There is a receptionist 24 hours a day using a key card system. At the gate, guaranteed safety, in the heart of the city. Recommended to come and try.

TTW2024I like the location as it’s easy to find local eateries around and there’s a convenience store right on the left. Room has white tone which is so elegant. The pink tone in the hotel decorations is also beautiful. Clean room although not new. Excellent services from Front Desk staff and engineering staff. Fast check in and super fast check out.

Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m.
We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level.
The presentation on the Internet was far from reality.
A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there.
If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator.
If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good.
There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite....
This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.
