The hotel has been open for seven or eight years. The hardware and software conditions are good. I have stayed here several times. The price-performance ratio is high. The Western breakfast is always good.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I had ants in my room and was told maintenance was gone. No one answered a call to front desk. Housekeepings voice mail full. Stair master works but makes really loud noise. Not a great experience.

The rooms were large and clean, and had a good sized fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. The clientele seemed a wee bit sketchy; there were some retired couples on their way to Florida, but some other guests were a bit off.

I love booking through *******, but this experience was terrible. First, the room given was not cleaned before giving us. Though the staff gave me another room, but I had not expected this. I was traveling with my elderly mother and a toddler. I have to come back to reception and getting another room was not quite comfortable experience. Secondly, in the breakfast, I had asked multiple times on the ingredients of food items but I didn’t get any answers. I understand, breakfast was a common arrangement, but atleast there should be a description of the food items served. Lastly, though it was a non smoking room, I felt strong smoke coming to my room through out the night.
