There was a kock on my hotel door around 9AM that woke me up. I looked through the peep hole. The person knocking neither had a name badge nor a uniform on. He was just wearing jeans and a T-shirt. Since this person didn't identify themselves I felt it unsafe to open the door. I ignored him and went back to bed. In less than 15 minutes the same person knocked again. I thought it was another hotel customer at this point and opened the door. This was a risk since there wasn't a typical door chain lock to keep the door locked in my room. Without identifying himself, he said, "Are you going to pay?" I said "if you mean the room, I already paid online through *******." He still didn't identify himself and only said, "well you need to pay if you are going to stay." I said I plan to checkout before 11. I still dont know why he had to tell me "I had to pay." This hotel employee made me feel unsafe, unwelcome, and nervous. I was worried he was going to accuse me of stealing a room even though it was more than 1.5 hours before checkout. Please have these employees identify themselves beforehand for your customers. I will never come back.
