We were served wonderful hospitality in OM Vilas Benares Resort This is Best Hotel/Resort in Varanasi We stayed there 2 Night with friends and Family we loved the Restaurant and the food also room is spacious and clean lobby is very much stylish and resort is completely decor with Nice flowers and green garden they maintained it very well and staff is very nice and supportive

Good hotel near ghat I love my stay at hotel Shivoy Grand & good also very good I went to temple at 3 am they support me to get my taxi and very good service with all facilities I will tell once visited the hotel .

Average Stay. We had 5 rooms The lady at the reception tried to charged us a food bill which was used by some other guests staying in the room. We booked 5 rooms but the reception guy did not allot us 2 rooms till night when we asked they said we have allotted 2 room already but in reality they allotted those to some other new guests under our name which was really surprising. Then they allotted us a room which was not cleaned and was very dirty. Food Prices as per menu were on higher side, we did not tried. Water Kettle was dirty, could not use it. Hotel is around 1.6 km away from Centre, require Toto/Auto which charged 150 bucks. An very average experience.

The one of the top ***agement guy was very rude to us. We are 22 of us and we only ask to extend our check out time at 12.30pm and he reply to us in a very rude ***ner. I can't give you late check out and showing his unpleasant face. We have to rush ourself to do prayers. Check out time is 12noon but 11.50am the hotel staff was already pressing the room bell and asking us to vacate the room. The irony is when our group checked in at 2pm 5 rooms were not ready and we waited for 30 mins for the room to be ready. Unpleasant memories in staying in this hotel.

Rooms are neat and tidy, staffs are cooperative nd friendly. Tarifff also moderate, bathroom are clean and neat. Easy access for Temple nd other places. We will definitely visit again. Thank you shivoy grand

Stay was good ***** with food, It not high luxury hotel but good for stay with all necessary facilities. Breakfast buffet was also good. Overall it wad good to stay hotel. Staff was also good and helpful

Very good experience, nice room with clean toilet. Very friendly, helpful and smiling staff members. Conveniently located near kedar ghat. The travel desk was really 😎 me as it helped us to plan our schedule for two days.

Dusty room and bathroom was clogged with water. No action on complaints. Poor quality food. Only room pictures are beautiful.

Our family stayed here for 7 days and booked the twin bed rooms. The quality of the room according to us is based on 3 factors a) Good and clean toilets with modern sanitary ware b) Effective air conditioning, comfortable beds c) Good amenities like coffee machines, in room dining service, newspaper. Hotel Shivoy stood out on all the above factors. We had breakfast included in the package. The inroom dining, and breakfast options had decent menu. The food tasted excellent and the chef deserves a llot of compliment for it. Easy access to all the major pilgrimage attractions (＜ 2km) to Kashi Vishwanath, Assi ghat, Durgakund, Sankat mochan, ***as ***dir, Jain temple, Godowlia, Thatheri bazaar etc.
