Casa Del Melograno
4.5/530 Reviews
An absolutely perfect spot for your Venice visit! Seconds away from the #1 Vaporetto for the Grand Canal and 10min from the train station. Simoné is a gracious and thoughtful host and makes the stay wonderful, with his local suggestions and responsiveness to queries and needs. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities and the courtyard is a lovely oasis to start and end your day.
Locanda Herion

This hotel is located in a great part of Venice that is incredibly walkable to all of the big landmarks and to so so many local restaurants. While many reviews say it is hard to find - it is not. Google walking instructions TOTALLY WORK. Look at signs on the buildings - they are small but there. The hotel e-mailed me AND WhatsApp messaged me before the stay to make sure I filled out the visitor paperwork / information they need. The hotel then e-mailed me the codes to get in to the building and our room. They do have someone on site - the house keeper is there in the morning through around 2:00 pm. There is no breakfast that we could see but we did not pay for one. The room was comfortable, the location fantastic, and we were very happy with our stay.
Hotel Ariel Silva

We booked an ”apartment for 2 with bathroom” at Hotel Ariel Silva. The booking was for Calle della Masena 1391/A which was supposed to be opposite the hotel building where the check-in was. When we arrived there, they told us our apartment was in fact in a completely different part of Venice (800 m away) and they had no availabilities at the closer place. I had booked the room particularly because it was quite close to the station but now we had a super long walk. Assuming I might have done something wrong when booking and not having any other options, we took the room only to noticed when we got there that it had a SHARED bathroom! On top, the furniture was old, the tablecloth had a big hole, the bed was in fact a sofa bed (see pictures) and the fridge plus boiler were so noisy we had to turn them off to be able to sleep. Luckily we only spent one night. The neighbor we had to share the bathroom with was the most noisy person getting in and out of his room every 10-20 min for the whole night! I don't know what kind of business he had on the streets but this was not a normal hotel guest or tourist. We hardly got any sleep that night. We tried to get a compensation for our wrong room but the hotel was very unhelpful. Showing them screenshots of our booking didn't help. They kept insisting we got the room we booked. Just a total disaster! I feel scammed!
Casa Santa Fosca Venezia

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~
Ai Mori d'Oriente

Wonderful stayed at Ai Mori d’ Oriente Hotel in Venice. We stayed for 7 nights with Breakfast. Professional, friendly, pleasant and efficient service from all staffs. Room was spotlessly cleaned, daily clean and replenished two bottles of water every single day. Quiet area which I was preferred to get away from busy and noisy town. Simply and fresh breakfast including hot and cold stations, plenty of coffee to choose from, fresh juices and desserts etc … unlimited too! Lovely breakfast seating area. They always protected the customers from the hungry pigeons 🐦‍⬛🕊️🔫 😅 Nothing to much trouble there at all. Safe and peaceful area Perfect air conditioning Perfect pillow and comfortable bed We had a good sleep and relaxed Shower and Bath were perfect temperature and pressure … really nice and clean 15-20 mins walk to Grand Canal 15-20 mins walk to St Mark’s Square 5 mins walk to all shops and restaurants Access 24 hrs Reception open 24 hrs Highlight ** 5 mins walk to Mandonna Dell’ Otto Boat station 🚤 (Alilaguna Route- Orange Line) Very convenient trip from Venice Marco Polo Airport (1st stop from the airport approx 23 mins journey) and this station was not busy at all better than going to the Grand Canal Station which can be nightmare! Forgot to mention about the Wi-Fi. We decided to get the Wi-Fi from ‘Holafly eSim’ cost 7 days for £21 We definitely needed and really helpful. High speed connection everywhere in Italy 🇮🇹 we have no problem at all! What more do we need when we are on holiday 😬! We will 💯 definitely stay at Ai Mori d’Oriental Hotel again when we return to Venice. Highly recommended. I hope this helps! Ciao 😍
Arcadia Boutique Hotel

I have stayed in several Hotels in Venice but the Arcadia Boutique Hotel is my Hotel of choice in Venice! The Hotel is very clean, has very comfortable beds, great A/C, a beautiful bathroom, a very nice breakfast which is served in a lovely lounge with stunning, huge chandeliers and most of all the staff is extremely kind, professional, friendly and helpful. Luigi, Claudio, Nikola and Maurizio (not sure if I got his name right) just to name a few helped with directions, fantastic restaurant recommendations and reservations. The Hotel is very conviniet located, close enough to the train station but yet far enough and yet in fair walking distance to all the attractions. I have stayed at the Arcadia Hotel twice so far and I can't wait to stay there again during my next visit in Venice! I highly recommend it!
