Great location, close to the airport and city center. There are supermarkets, shops, and coffee shops nearby, and public transport is convenient. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating, providing hangers and coffee upon request. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Upon check-in, we were assigned a two-story room, which I had stayed in before. I informed the front desk that the Wi-Fi signal in the living room was very poor, which would be inconvenient for a five-night stay. Since the hotel had no other vacant rooms, they eventually moved us to a two-bedroom apartment, allowing us to comfortably stay for five nights. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were comprehensive (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine – everything you need for daily living). There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center, making transportation less convenient.

Lovely time had here, there was a serene view of the park. We stayed only a few days but it was so conveniently located near cafes and shops, we had a car but if you don’t then you will do fine with the train links. The staff were so kind I was able to leave a gift for my friend at the front desk on check out and they allowed them to pick up the next week.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, but for someone like me who is used to smaller rooms, it felt too big. Also, the placement of the outlets around the bed, as well as the floor plan—with the living room on the second floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor—made the space feel even more spacious to me.

We opted out of housekeeping for our room, and the smell was unbearable; it made us feel sick all day. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly either. I'm speechless—we left some chocolates and cookies we bought in the room, and when we returned to the hotel later, they were gone.

The staff at Meriton at Waterloo are also so friendly & accommodating. We stay here regularly as it is so easy to get to the city without the hassle of driving in ourselves.

The family amenities, such as a stove, kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, are all fully equipped.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. The room is tidy and has a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals. The air in the room is fresh.

Convenient transportation, clean environment, very suitable for family travel.

We enjoyed our stay very much.  The suite offers a nice view of the golf course/ park.  The kitchen is well equipped.  Staff are helpful and responsive.

Perfect for families, as it has cooking and laundry facilities, which is very convenient.

It’s a duplex, a bedroom downstairs and the living room and another bedroom upstairs. Not so convenient. The bathroom upstairs has a toilet bowl with a toilet seat that doesn’t fit, not good for sitting

Very spacious, room actually has 2 floors, service is good, with 24 hr receptionist was excellent

A few major issues which means I wont stay here again: Sheets were extremely itchy for some reason, Shower was luke warm (highest temp was probably 35degrees), and the apartment had a cheap chemical cleaning smell throughout. Generally substandard in every day, despite it being a rather new property.
