酒店位置很好，隔道就是大潤發、購物方便。離海邊很近，停車免費，服務員的服務非常好，房間設施齊全、乾淨衞生，户外小酌很有情調。

來威海出差，在篩選地理位置時看到這家民宿酒店。
【位置】這家酒店在世昌大道，位於市中心，寨子。位置相當優越，對面就是大潤發和宏福廣場。
【服務】酒店老闆太好了，太熱情了。我從北京來，還沒來之前就打過好幾次電話問環境，房價，位置。老闆都熱情解答，還讓我儘快訂房，價格會更優惠。
【房間】我定了4晚優品大床房，因為最後一晚價格太高，定的是精緻大床房，後來和老闆商量了，懶的換了，老闆免費給我升級到優品大床房，採光非常好。面積大，物品乾淨，衞生整潔。我一個女孩子住的安全，舒心，以後再來我還會住她家。

環境不錯，晚上不吵，位置好，距離劉公島，幸福門都很近。老闆和客房服務人都很好，老闆看我們帶孩子出行，還給我們免費升級了更舒適的家庭房，我媳婦直誇房間有家的感覺，非常感謝！很滿意的一次住宿，來威海旅遊的朋友值得擁有！再次感謝老闆！謝謝

酒店位置在市中心距離各個景點都很近，交通很方便，前台小姐姐很熱心，定的這個房間沒有了免費給我們升了個複式房，衞生很乾凈，有什麼需要也是能及時給到，下次再來出差還會住這噠，祝老闆生意興隆😁

酒店周圍有好多好吃的 吃飯很方便，免費停車，在市中心，去哪兒都很方便，前台小姐姐很熱心，服務態度很好，環境很好，衞生乾淨，採光挺好的，給升級了房型，體驗感很好👍

賓館離公交站很近，周圍有許多賣小吃的，可能是我辦入住的時候有些晚，房源衹剩六人間了，於是就給了我（我一個人住）。但是晚上的時候想洗澡，熱水器壞了，給老闆打電話後，就換了另一間房。雖然確實挺波折，不過解決問題解決得挺及時的。

説好的空中花園帶院子呢？！！！木看見院子 一樓一張大床特別硬 一樓也沒有空調 二樓兩張床有一個空調 去的晚上正好刮海風 窗户那兒呼呼的風聲 算是性價比可以的 離着景點近點
