We took the elderly and children to stay on the fourth day of the year. We went outside and came back to the elderly to drink some hot water and take medicine. As a result, we found that the kettle in the room was very dirty. So we called the front desk and asked them to help change the kettle. The front desk promised to change it immediately. The result waited for more than two hours. During the period, I made three calls to the front desk. The third time the front desk directly told me that no one asked us to wait for the New Year. In the end, I couldn't wait to find the waiter outside before changing it. This made me very annoyed! The next morning at 8:40 to the restaurant to eat, no longer serving, after 9:00, the staff shouted that the guests who were still eating should hurry up and add a la carte... speechless, stayed in the hotel so many times this is the first time I have encountered this situation

Don’t hesitate to turn left and enter the backyard in the southwest corner of the hotel. , After going down the steps, enter the lobby from the west gate of the office building to the east side of the north gate to the front desk. It is a pity that the hotel did not provide obvious guidance at the train station. On the first day I arrived, I left the station directly and walked north to the main entrance, dragging my large luggage around in a big circle, which was really inconvenient. The hotel service is actually rather indifferent. Not only has no one ever guided this shortcut, but on the first day I came from Shanghai and refused to let me live, saying that I had to wait outside for the results of the nucleic acid test done at the train station to check in. Had it not been for a supervisor in time to see the nucleic acid report when I left Shanghai four days ago, I might have to sleep on the road for a day. The room type I chose is quite spacious, but the bathroom decoration materials and colors are relatively rustic, not worthy of the four-star standard, just look at the picture. 1.攜程寫的有空調，但衹有客廳一個掛壁空調，入住后才發現，房東給的解釋是威海這邊都這樣的，晚上就涼快了，可以開電扇，一個房間的電扇基本壞了，轉動速度非常慢，另一個小房間的電扇聲音超級大，因為在一樓，有蚊子，衹有一個電蚊香，衹能關門睡，還是有點悶熱的，要過好久才能睡着好我喜歡開空調涼快的入睡。2.床上用品不是棉的，睡的很不舒服，哪怕用普通的棉的四件套能花多少錢呢，我第一次碰到用聚酯纖維床上用品的。3.衛生間，馬桶坐墊如圖，不是原配，不衛生，馬桶比較臟，污垢比較多。 比較好的是，地理位置可以。
