Very Good
盛盛夏荷风The hotel environment is good, the room is large and clean. Parking is convenient and no charge. It is also convenient to eat in the streets of the town, and there are also several Chinese restaurants not far away.
GGuest UserI stayed in the Hampton Inn because of it's proximity to my doctors office. It was forecasted to snow and my doctor's appointment was absolutely necessary for me to receive my infusion of medication on schedule despite the forecasted snow.
The service I received was good although it began with some confusion about my bill. My reservation was prepaid but it took a while to find this information in the hotel's computer system. I had a restful evening and got to my appointment in the morning without incident and for this I am grateful.
There were a few issues that I think need to be addressed. First, ice was not available on each floor and there was no complimentary water in my room. I was disappointed with the unsatisfactory condition of the refrigerator and there was no recycling bin in my room. There was no handle or bar on the shower door to open the door after showering and there was no place to put my towel convenient to the shower stall once I was done. The toilet paper holder was awkward to use forcing me to remove the toilet paper from it and leave it on the sink.
These issues are minor in nature but cumulatively they made my stay below average for the price I paid. It was not horrible and no part of my stay was compromised but I have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were exceptional, which is why I chose this one for this important stay. I did have a choice of a Marriot equidistant from my doctor's office. In the future, if I am in need of staying overnight convenient to my doctor's office, I will give the Marriot a chance. Thank you for your attention to these issues and I am hopeful that they are addressed to make the stay of other travelers exceptional.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and there are toiletries. Two double beds and a sofa in the living room. The front desk is also very welcoming. Near gas station, dining is very convenient
马马Parking is free, on the ground. Breakfast is very simple, Western-style, scrambled eggs, patties, thick cereals, baked potato pieces, juice, bread, fried eggs, can be self-service at a single point. It is a style of American family, the facilities are not bad, but it is not a style with domestic hotels. The location is OK, basically in the university. It’s enough for me, not a vacation.
GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over.
WWhydaweineThe room was very good, the front desk was also very good, but the things ordered by phone were not delivered to the room and you had to go to the front desk to get them. The location was a little off, but it was cheap and good. On the night of check-in, all the families came to play with their children, and the front desk was crowded.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for a 3-day hockey tournament. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and convenient to have a microwave and fridge. There are plenty of eateries and nearby supermarkets if needed. Unfortunately, our tournament games ended up being 40-45min from the hotel, so that was too much driving in one weekend, but that’s not the hotel’s problem. It was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest Userthe room was very clean, service was great, didnt have a chance to experience breakfast. I was a little disappointed to not find a mini refrigerator or microwave in the room, as the other days inns ive been to had them in rooms at the same price.
