The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

Spent three nights here on a recent business trip to Poland. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into the city centre yet just far enough out for it not to be noisy at night. The breakfast does not have a huge choice on the buffet but you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. I had a corner bath, not sure if all rooms are the same. Decent value for money and the staff speak good English (better than my limited Polish) Would definitely recommend

I chose the hotel because of the location. It was perfect for me. The rest didn't look so well anymore. I got hit after the first hot weekend. Outdoor 30 degrees on plus. The air conditioning worked, but the windows out to the BP station were very sunny. You can still put the crates in, but it would be better to just air the room. Unfortunately the windows are permanently closed .The double room per person is OK , but at the two will be tight . Bathroom without charge and even on plus . Breakfast [ still brought to the room ] very average . ”Artificial” raisins and bad cheeses . For the heat to choose a steam or egg . I chose this second , but the room was reported to the room was at most summer . For this large selection of sweet cookies [ very bad ]. it is some kind of attraction , but I didn't even have time to use it . Clean and proper service , but I wouldn't go back to this place .

We were here as a family for staying. After a forgetting search for a restaurant in the city for a dinner in the city, we then eaten here in the hotel. The service was exemplary and extremely friendly despite the time before. While other restaurants turn off the music and communicate that you want to stop, you have turned on music here. Just returned from a long weekend in Wroclaw, staying 3 nights in the HP Park Plaza. We were really happy with our choice, the hotel is clean and modern with super friendly staff. We had breakfast at the hotel and the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was impressive so would recommend using this facility. The hotel it's self is a pleasant short walk into the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are concentrated. We've been on a few city breaks to east european city's now and Wroclaw and the HP Park Plaza are as good as anywhere we've been, Lots to see and the prices are still favourable compared to the UK. Give it a try , doubt you'll be disappointed.
