一家三口在武漢玩累了入住城市便捷，這次入住的比之前在其他城市入住的城市便捷衞生差太多。
客觀評價實事求是，前台服務人員的態度都很好，但是房間的衞生太差，毛巾上都是鐵銹（還好我們一家在外基本不用酒店毛巾和燒水壺）洗漱口的時候發現有一小包洗衣粉也是打開的真是奇怪，感覺這間房是之前顧客走後沒有打掃就給我們的房間。（我們是晚上9點左右入住的按道理不應該這樣）真心希望酒店該好好改進了。

整體環境挺好的，但是淋浴間有臭味，地漏傳上來的，淋浴間門上的推拉標誌也是錯誤的，辦理入住的前台小哥態度不錯，第二天早上退房寄存行李時是女生前台，態度一般愛搭不理的。

一直住東呈集團旗下的酒店做為黑金卡會員，從官網的價格比攜程還貴20塊錢，一問前台解釋半天説不清楚原因也就算了，服務差的不行一副愛住不住的樣子。退房時間還沒到就提前一個半小時打電話，我理解你們工作是怕超時跑單嘛，明明告知了退房時間到了續小時，前台卻説按一小時20算吧，我也答應了。很感謝您們為客人着想，卻又打了幾個電話到房間，我很質疑酒店的培訓以及專業度，房間的衞生一塌糊塗，房間裏蟲子都有。

酒店在主路邊，但是有院子，並不吵。衞生讓人挺放心的。如果下次來，我還會選擇這家。酒店一樓有個餐廳，但是不對外開放，是個員工餐廳。選擇有早餐的應該可以去那裡吃。

早餐品種多 食材還蠻新鮮的。 房間衞生還算不錯的。服務態度熱情值得推薦。 去的比較晚停車位沒有了。保安大叔就讓停在旁邊。第二天需要挪車為了不打擾我們還主動上來拿鑰匙幫我們挪。服務很棒推薦

出差入住這個酒店，感覺挺不錯的，經濟實惠，而卻衞生還挺乾淨的，特別強調前台服務員挺有親和力的，我個人原因，換房幾次，服務員態度都挺有耐心幫我換房，還安排客房服務員協助我一起搬行李，挺好的一個酒店！強力推薦
