陪女兒到武漢看第五人格比賽，在網上看了好久，綜合舒適，安全和便捷，選了江漢路步行街的這家漢庭。
環境：在居民區，晚上一點也不吵
服務：服務很熱情、周到。辦理入住時，送了伴手禮和飲料。外賣和早餐都會有機器人送上門，很方便。加了前台微信，有問題時都能很快的解決。
出門很方便，我走路比較快，地鐵站走過去大概五分鐘左右，步行街也就幾分鐘的路。

酒店位置：離江漢路步行街和水塔街300多米，離中山路地鐵2，6號線入口500米左右，公交站200米，交通便利。
酒店服務：櫃枱服務熱情，主動提供冰酸梅汁，免費零食和礦泉水，每次出門都會主動提醒帶水
衞生：房間還是比較乾淨，整體房間不大，夠住
設施：房間獨立空調，可以24小時運行，有小冰箱，沒有衣櫃，2至3樓樓間有洗衣房可免費使用，配機器人送餐服務
周邊環境：周邊是老小區，電腦城，比較老破舊，門口是單行線，道路還在施工。
價格：今日暑假旅遊熱門，所以房價都偏貴些

十分滿意的體驗，酒店樓下的小吃令我感覺不錯，雖然在市中心鬧市區，也沒感覺吵鬧，安靜，乾淨，舒服是最大的感覺。評論説的推薦會員確實也是體驗到了，但這是員工的本職工作，完全可以理解。

前台接待人員非常熱情，剛進入酒店馬上送上冰涼解渴的酸梅汁，前台還有很多飲料和小零食都可以免費拿取，入住後進入房間感覺非常乾淨整潔，給了我們兩張房卡讓我們留一張在房間可以一直開空調怕我們回來熱，早餐這是很多酒店做不到的，第二天早上體驗了智能機器人為我們送早餐，離店時還很貼心的為我們準備了小蛋糕🧁，下次我還會選擇漢庭酒店

房間很乾凈 給了兩張房卡 空調可以24小時開 出去玩回來一打開酒店房間門頓時涼爽下來 這對於武漢的高温天氣簡直太友好了 酒店服務人員的態度特別棒 印象深刻的是前台一個特別靦腆實在的小夥子 還有一個熱心腸的姐姐 我們走的時候下大雨 她送了我們一把雨傘和伴手禮 把我們送上了出租車 喜歡武漢 下次再來
