我們這次去的時候是淡季，酒店幫我們免費升級為湖景房，客服人員帶我們去參觀A座、B座的不同房型，非常耐心，另外晚餐是在酒店裡吃的，費用便宜且口味很好，餐廳點餐人員服務態度也很棒，到房間為我們點餐，還有周五、週六晚上酒店有露天電影觀看，放映師為我們推薦了附近的景點，為雲湖國際會議中心的服務點個贊！最主要的還是風景特別美！

酒店是老牌的五星級酒店，應該要臨近裝修翻新了，入住的時候感覺很蕭條，沒什麼人，我們帶小朋友將標間的床合在一起，在一個人床下發現一個完全乾透的水果和一團衞生紙，説明床下應該從來不清理，地毯也較臟，淋浴間裏沒有沐浴露了，服務還行，前台和服務阿姨都ok，但後續不會再住了，感覺太老舊了

錯峯出行，酒店環境不錯，鳥語花香，避暑勝地。關鍵離大覺寺步行10分鐘。房間經濟實惠，看了其他房間和要住的房間沒有區別。很愉快的一次旅行。

很喜歡，雖然我們到達酒店時間是傍晚，也正好趕上了日落，夕陽西下，雲落水中，情不自禁地要拍下這些畫面，酒店內環境很優雅，中庭花園也很別緻，服務態度非常好，工作人員親和熱情，第二天下雨，煙雨江南的美景另有一番風味！下次有機會還會再來，目光所至皆是美景！

想去大覺寺看看就住這裏方便一點，晚上進去上午逛寺出來，不用堵車，白天去的話大覺寺堵車很厲害省了不少時間。但是酒店設施比較舊了，台盆壞了幫我換了個湖景房，床不錯舒服的1.35雙床拼一下適合3個人睡。酒店中餐廳不錯性價比極高，就是水庫魚頭湯要預訂要預訂要預訂。不足是早餐種類不多關鍵是沒有現磨咖啡。
