講真的，房間確實小，而且
設施：設備相對老舊，衹是為了圖方便，在西電生活區裏面。早餐品種也不多，服務相對還可以！應該不會再住的

蠻好的 在一個老小區中間 超多大樹 環境很幽靜 出小區就是地鐵口交通很方便 臨近有小吃街吃早飯也方便 停車免費 很好

太棒了太棒了！早上還送早餐真讓我驚喜！賓館在西電家屬院裏真讓我感到榮幸，能和那麼多國家級老科學家們住在一起。賓館一樓有便利店和餐廳太方便了。下次還要下榻。

本是衝著這家店有免費停車場來的，沒想到一進門，前台小姐姐就熱情的打招呼，還遞了瓶水，服務很貼心，又把我送上電梯，並幫忙按了樓層，服務超讚。酒店新裝修的，交通 比便利，設施全。房間也很乾凈，床很舒適。西電賓館很贊。

管理差，服務態度非常差，尤其是對學生，根本沒有服務意識，前台還好，其他的管理人員，溝通特別混亂，越是客氣，越是禮貌，越是跟我趾高氣昂。
網絡信號特差，語音電話都打不了
樓下特吵，房間內設施安排不合理。衞生間，洗澡間，洗漱池竟然分開，我不是很理解
再也不想住了，非必要不住
