Nothing I could say about this hotel would be good.
When we arrived we were told that the aircon was not working, did we want to stay. Because late & tired we said yes but can you give us a free breakfast or something to compensate. A distinct "No"
Room smelt badly of stale cigarette smoke. Nor uncommon in China even if you ask for a no smoking room.
Reception staff cold & rude.
Would ne er stay at this hotel again

This hotel is a traditional 5-star hotel with good overall service. I came to Xi'an to attend a meeting. I could get to the hotel downstairs by subway after leaving the high-speed rail station. I personally like the overall style and color. The layout of the conference room is also standardized. The breakfast is very rich and suitable for my fat loss. There are grains, meat and eggs. The room hygiene is also good. The room aunt will help disinfect the bathtub in person. It was a good stay experience.
