Staff were extremely friendly, always did their best to help despite my lack of Chinese. Location pretty good. The only negative was being woken by work going on outside around 3am. We were on the 5th floor and it was pretty loud. Everything was very clean and the restaurant had many good choices at a reasonable price.

住了這麼多亞朵體驗最差的一次，很少給差評的，這次是真的觸碰到底線了！！！！！除了大廳看起來像點樣子外，其他地方完全沒有亞朵的感覺，房間很久，衞生很差，到處都是毛髮灰塵，衞生間味道很嚴重，換氣扇根本沒有任何鳥用！真的不知道哪裡來的那麼多好評，半夜酒瓶子的聲音，早上服務員説話的聲音，根本沒辦法睡覺……早餐也是亂亂的，好多東西都沒有了，唯一覺得不錯的是前台辦理入住的服務員，真的是1000塊錢的房價，500塊錢的服務，200塊錢的房間。圖片為枕頭上的臟東西，總體感覺管理很混亂！

亞朵的服務品質還是可以的，早餐需要的都有，特別的臊子麪很不錯，酒店房間也很安靜，整體乾淨，服務周到，前台人員六零的服務很到位，下次來西安，還會選擇亞朵。

房間衞生堪憂，出來玩實在沒辦法了，有一種辦法也不會選擇這家酒店，全是毛髮，也不知道是不是人家生意好對我們不在乎，全程冷漠服務，本來不想評價的，結果今天路過前台還聽見前台服務員罵客人，搞不懂，半夜酒瓶聲音這麼吵，服務這麼差，衞生這麼差怎麼評的s級別呢，一點都沒有亞朵s的體驗！巨差！！！！！

整體感覺很舒適，服務貼心，吃的一般，小建議：洗手間沒有掛衣服的地方，更衣室通道的凳子有點礙事，位置不太好。其他都很不錯，地理位置優越，走路就可以到鐘樓，十分方便。晚上睡覺也很安靜，適合旅遊出行。

遇到了一個素質極差的旅行團，凌晨兩點還開着房門在走廊上鬧的那種，搞得完全沒辦法睡覺，前台小哥連夜協調安排換房，聽説有小孩隨行，破例給升級了房型，非常感動。客房服務是真的用心，賓至如歸的感覺，比那些傳統豪華酒店貼心很多，以後來西安首選亞朵s吳！
