Worst hotel ever, i have stayed in over 10000 hotels in my life and this is the worst hotel ever. The wall and bathroom are dirty and moudly. The pillows cases are not changed - my is full of hair and lipstick stain and blood stain. Also this is a fake grand hyatt brand. The service is worst of class ever... Bad and indifference attitude... Just the worst.. Run as far away from this hotel. You will thank me later.

Its one of the most dirty hotel what i have ever seen the carpet so dirty and the bathroom also. I was thinking how this hotel still can exist. its a tourist trap daytime cant stay in the room, so noisy. And bad smell everywhere.so pay for a room 380 here. Its a rubbery,i hope the local government check better the hotels in xian, because its make bad name if xian

酒店給客人使用過期的沐浴露，從發現問題投訴到今天，酒店管理方沒有主動聯繫過我，沒有道歉，沒有任何補償方案，找到前台給的解釋是瓶子是舊的往裡麪灌裝的沐浴露沒問題，你們自己聽聽你們説的這是人話嗎？好歹也是一晚四五百房費的酒店，拿個兩年前的沐浴露瓶子往裡灌東西，灌的是什麼？三無產品嗎？前台説要給我看採購單，我是住店的客人不是給你們免費搞審計的，説把採購單給我送到房間來，倒是送來啊？從投訴問題到現在酒店方沒有任何的道歉和説法，旅遊旺季遊客眾多，能騙一個是一個，無所謂回頭客唄！

特別棒，很乾凈，阿姨的服務態度特別好，前台特別熱情，然後整個酒店也特別乾淨，離地鐵站特別近，走兩步就到了。去西安玩，我們在那裡住了四天，非常的nice。

來到西安最温暖的地方，前台小姐姐的熱情讓我們又多住了一天，對於我們的問題耐心細緻的傾聽解答，毫無不耐煩。房間水管出了故障及時找師傅幫忙檢查調整房間，讓我們很滿意👍感受到了西安人的熱情好客！

酒店位置很好，距離灑金橋地鐵站很近，房間面積不小，空調很足，服務人員親切有禮，酒店房間很多，有時候在走廊找不到房間了

住過那麼多次酒店，這是最差的一次。
1.這個價格 這個環境 這個服務設施，差得離譜，衞生間的牆面和縫隙都發黃，還有很多水漬，明顯就不經常打掃。有的毛巾上還有發黃的東西
2.早餐也很簡單，基本沒有什麼可供選擇的吃的
3.還沒到截止的退房時間，保潔來打掃衞生，我説了一會去退房，結果她刷卡就要進來。當時還在睡覺，我大聲喊的不要進來，她才把門關上了。
酒店很破舊，設施都很爛
4.更無語的是，晚上想看個電視，連遙控器都沒有。給前台打電話，前台居然説 師傅下班了，明天才能有遙控器，搞笑呢？？？？
總之，最差的一次住宿。
