應該是個人做的民宿，估計房子也是房東自己以前住過的，所以裝修挺好的，但是時間久了，也有發黴情況，特別是洗手間。另外，因為不是專業團隊，所以服務也比較隨意，住宿當天還是我主動聯繫房東，也是自己主動加的微信，中間有問題的時候，迴應也很慢，估計房東在忙自己的事情。讓我有點鬱悶的是，入住當天想洗衣服，發現洗衣機沒洗衣液了，告訴房東，得到的迴應是直接讓我去買，説不提供，最後在我離開當天上午送過來了，有點無語。然後陽台上曬的滿滿的洗過後的被單，我就想建議房東直接烘乾吧，一是不好看，二是也影響住客晾衣服。

總體感覺一般，主要是衞生狀況不好，衞生間很大異味，洗手池下水不暢，電視總在緩沖看不成，房間陳設一言難盡。不過位置距離陝西博物館很近，出行挺方便。

為期三天的西安之旅還是很奈斯的，關鍵是住了一間性價比超高的民宿！以下是中肯的評價
優點：
1.首先房屋位置還是很好找的，旁邊就是陝西歷史博物館，而且房子在二樓也很方便，我們主要是有長者，所以這一點必須好評
2.屋裡的裝修簡樸但而且乾淨！那些被套和枕套都是給租客換洗過的，衞生方面真的很不錯，這是值得點讚的
3.房主很細節，真的很細心，很多東西都是為租客想好的，比如那個冰箱，夏天真的很有必要，我們晚上買了水果沒吃完也可以放進去不會壞。
4.房主很熱情，回訊息基本都是秒回那種！而且都很細心的告訴我們位置和周邊有哪些玩的地方
缺點：
1.廁所有異味，這個並不是沒打掃，是在二樓廁所可能比較潮濕的原因，希望房主再下次打掃時可以整點潔廁靈和空氣清新劑
2.遙控器電池很多都沒電了，我們一直都是二個電池互相換很麻煩
3.沒有WIFI還是有點難受的，如果能裝一個WIFI我覺得會更好噠
4.電視機有些卡，不知道是不是機頂盒的原因，電視好半天加載不出來
5.我們住的兩天，但房主衹放了一天的紙和牙刷牙膏之內的
不管怎麼説，缺點都是小問題，都是可以立馬改正的，總體來説很是不錯！下次來西安還會選擇這家民宿，不過確實是乾淨整潔！很推薦來西安旅遊的旅客來這裏住！（那個沙發真的大感覺一晚整個房子可以住五六個人！）
