Yolanda at the switchboard answered the phone quickly and professionally, Zian patiently answered my questions, and Lydia's enthusiastic service made me feel the warmth of Hyatt Regency Xi'an. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, and every staff member working in the lobby is enthusiastic and full of enthusiasm. I will stay here again next time!

The room's interior design is stunning, showcasing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. I particularly appreciated thoughtful touches like the weighing scale, which is neatly placed at the bottom of the cabinet, and the uniquely designed bed frame. The toilet features a Japanese-style seat that stays warm, offering extra comfort. The room layout is designed for convenience, allowing easy circular movement, which adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the TV offers international sports channels, including Premier League matches, a rare feature in many hotels. Having a great time at this hotel so far, the room is a total steal for the price. I especially love the tub by the window with the chaise lounger both overlooking the streets below. I booked the room while the hotel is renovating their restaurant perhaps the price was further discounted, but even without the convenience of the hotel restaurant there's plenty of food options, convenience stores, and the pagoda all within walking distance. Service is excellent, props off particularly to Lisa 李圓圓 at the front desk being incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests for more soft drinks and answering all my questions about the hotel's services and the area in general with patience and attention. The 5th floor manager / cleaning lady has also been extra thorough and even left a note with a hard warmer packet on my table.

The service at this hotel was great. The staff working there is verg helpful at any moment of the day. There’s also a cafe that’s part of the hotel with great coffee and pastries. We enjoyed our stay even more because of the hotel. The location is also very convenient. It’s near the metro and busstation so getting to the further destinations is very easy. The hotel is also very suitable if you have some work to do as the cafe part is very quiet and accessible for everyone. would definitely book it again when i visit xi’an in the future :)

We had a wonderful stay! Very warm welcome and free afternoon desserts! Walking distance to Furong Yuan and Everbright City! 3mins to Subway station! One of the best hotels we have stayed in China. Highly recommended. PS: we were assigned a hotel host, Miss Guanfang Ren. She is very sweet and sent free fruits/desserts/tea and requested items to our room during our stay. Thank you so much, Miss Ren!

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The location is walking distance from metro and Dayanta. The breakfast is pretty good. However, the canteen for the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. This is ok if you're single, because people sit at counters or share, but families often had to stand around waiting for someone to finish eating. This should be looked at.

Seriously, as a foreigner who comes to Xi'an, the service attitude and the room environment are first-class. I don't want to change to another hotel after staying once. I want to stay here. The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, and good sleep quality. The hotel service is thoughtful, the bar lady is warm and friendly, and the service attitude is professional. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended to friends who need to travel or travel. (Absolutely full praise)

Wuyue Happy Lane Hostel indeed makes its guests happy with its warm welcome and hospitality. The staff are very cordial and helpful, the room is comfortable and homey, and the service is very caring. A must-stay hotel when you come to Xi'an. Let's talk about the service first. The girl at the front desk is young and pretty, and the service is very good. She also gave the children a small gift. I think it would cost at least 50 or 60 yuan if I bought it in the cultural and creative store. It is also very convenient to park in the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. There is no parking fee for accommodation. There is another place to see whether you live well in the hotel. The working atmosphere is very good. The security uncle and the front desk staff are like a family. The uncle's service attitude is very good. The room is a suite, the house is clean, and the cost performance is high. The toothpaste is also from Shuke. The 65-inch Xiaomi TV is really great! If you come to visit the city that never sleeps, this is definitely the first choice. My child has a piano competition, so I come here often. It is definitely not a trust. I have stayed in other hotels, but they are either too expensive, or the facilities are poor, or the parking is inconvenient!

The location is perfect, right from Exit C of Dayanta Metro so I can save a lot of money moving around the city. Initially I feel the room shape is a bit weird, but it's ok. The staffs were very helpful. Special mention to the guy who helped me with the morning calls as i was heading early to terracota army and huashan. One more thing, the water kettle is perfect, as I can set the heat degree when boiling water. It was very helpful too. Thank you for the pleasant memory🙏
