Hotels in Qujiang Exhibition Area, Xi'an

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin.   Our room and bathroom were spacious, and the beds and pillows were so comfy!   The staff were very helpful and friendly, even though this is a big hotel with many guests coming and going.   We liked staying here so much, we extended  our stay for another week.  We were very impressed by Leona, who went the extra mile to help us with our reservation.  She also personally delivered a pot of iced lemon tea to our room when she noticed how much we liked it.   The staff helped us to get taxis, and carried our bags when needed.   The breakfasts were always sumptuous, with a lot of variety.   We fell in love with the Mai, the Japanese restaurant, and ate there many times.   The chef was outstanding, providing consistently delicious food that rivaled what we ate in Tokyo,  and the staff, especially Kerry, were always warm and attentive, which made eating there such a lovely experience..   All said, the Westin is truly a five-star hotel, and is highly recommended.

The location is close to the southeast side of the walled city, where it’s less touristy but still has many restaurants. Metro and bus stops are close so it’s relatively convenient location. Room is nice, true to the pictures online. The room I had was simple, but sufficient for 1-2 nights where I’m spending most of the time outside. I wish the towels and tables were a bit larger though hehe. There was a nice afternoon tea of local fruits and tea.

Having a great time at this hotel so far, the room is a total steal for the price. I especially love the tub by the window with the chaise lounger both overlooking the streets below. I booked the room while the hotel is renovating their restaurant perhaps the price was further discounted, but even without the convenience of the hotel restaurant there's plenty of food options, convenience stores, and the pagoda all within walking distance. Service is excellent, props off particularly to Lisa 李圓圓 at the front desk being incredibly professional and accommodating to my requests for more soft drinks and answering all my questions about the hotel's services and the area in general with patience and attention. The 5th floor manager / cleaning lady has also been extra thorough and even left a note with a hard warmer packet on my table.

I hardly write a review for hotel , but this hotel really excellent in service , staff Cathy really helpful, she can take my request anytime of the day, really appreciated her effort. Beautiful night view of the hotel , so convenient just outside there are lots of food, shopping, scenery place, all walking distance. They have night shows with schedule provided by Cathy. Is definitely a place to stay if you are going xi an. They have weather forecast update just at the lift before you are out of the hotel. Many photo taking place for you to take photo if you love photo taking☺️ . Will return to the hotel again if I’m going back to Xi’an for vacation

The location is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Dashita Metro Station, which is a nice stroll, especially in winter. There are also a few shops nearby where you can grab a quick dinner. However, if you’re a light sleeper who gets easily disturbed by car honks, this hotel might not be the best choice for you. As for the price, it’s quite affordable in my opinion. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you plan to explore the city before heading to the airport. The staff are very friendly, despite the language barrier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here! One thing to note—the bathroom is made of glass, so it might feel a bit awkward if you’re staying with friends (haha). You know what i mean here. I also had a breakfast coupon but never got around to using it because I was too lazy to go downstairs. Sorry, I don’t have any photos to share!

The hotel is very new, the rooms were very spacious. It was very easy to get around to the different tourist locations. The biggest issue I had with the room was that no matter how many times we left the AC running it would never go below 25 degrees Celsius even when we set it to 19 degrees. We told the front desk and they sent someone to the to fix it twice and it still didn’t work. Lastly, there was a drain fly problem in the toilet where I killed on average 7-10 small black drain flies everyday. We had to keep the toilet door closed at all time to ensure that they don’t fly out to the main bedroom. The staff were very quick to offer a different room but as we were only staying for a short time and it wasn’t super hot we felt it was too bothersome to change and move everything.

I had an amazing stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. The hotel's blend of traditional and modern architecture is stunning. My room was spacious, with a beautiful view, comfortable amenities, and excellent Wi-Fi. The dining options are fantastic, especially the Amber Palace Indian Restaurant. The fitness center, indoor pool, and spa were great for relaxation. Located near Tang Paradise and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it's perfect for sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

The room is very good. The sanitation is very clean. It is very close to Qinglong Temple. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast. The transportation is convenient. It is next to the subway entrance. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. Next time you come to Xi'an, choose this hotel. It's great

My 3rd hotel stay in Xi’an. This was the BEST hotel of all. Location : 10/10 it is just a 5minutes stroll walk to the l 不夜城, the most famous street where u can find lots of restaurants, night scenes and shopping. Cleanliness : 10/10 their hotel room is very very clean with a touch of 复古feel. Services : Specially thanks to Miss Angel ( 樱花女士）, she greeted me when I just check into the hotel at the reception. She was simply a beautiful and graceful lady and she’s very very helpful. Gave me her WeChat contact and I could ask her anything. Even I need to order some food from outside, she did her very best to guide me patiently. She was one of the best hotel staff of all that I’ve met before. Room : 10/10 I took the suite room as I love balcony. The room is big enough and also the balcony is big. Look at my pictures where I can have nice scenery at their garden in the night time. Food : their breakfast food is the best of the 3 hotels that I’ve stayed so far. Food is tasty and almost all the 西安小吃also have. I will definitely come back again next time if I come to Xi’An.

Overall it's good, with complete hardware facilities, about 500 meters away from Line 4, upgraded master bedroom without windows, 1518, children's room to play, can take a bath, plenty of drinking water, half a roujiamo for breakfast is enough to make you full, not enough cups, when cups were available, milk and soy milk were gone, yogurt was in short supply, coffee coupons were given, which can be packaged, and Hanfu coupons, but the car service was not used due to traffic control, there is a seafood dinner on the second floor, which can be stored, overall, it is worthy of the word ”international”, much better than the so-called international hotel in Hanzhong Rongjia where I stayed later.
