The hotel is just a short 3-minute walk to the Dongcangmen Morning Market (东仓门早市), super convenient for breakfast and exploring the local culture. The staff were warm and friendly too! Getting a taxi was easyyy, just indicate the hotel name in the Didi app (via Alipay) and drivers can easily locate it. The metro station (Hepingmen Station 和平门站) is also only a few minutes away on foot, and the bus system around the area is very convenient as well. There’s also an old market folk culture block (老菜场) nearby, where young people hang out with friends, browse small shops selling cute handmade crafts, and take lots of nice photos in the nostalgic and artsy setting.
