I recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries. From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁). An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly. Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed. Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience. If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. Highly recommend! 我最近通过Trip.com预订了云和夜泊酒店的住宿，这次体验毫无疑问成为了我最难忘的一次酒店体验之一。这家四星级酒店的服务和性价比令人惊艳，甚至超过了我在15多个国家入住过的一些五星级或超五星级酒店。 从每天补充的欢迎水果到渡船服务，酒店的每一个细节都体现了对客人的周到关怀。但真正让这家酒店脱颖而出的，是他们的服务团队，特别是接待员舒洁的卓越表现。 在我准备搭乘酒店渡船前往机场的一个小时前，我为了不留遗憾，决定打车去一家餐厅再品尝一次西安的美食。不幸的是，我把工作手机落在了出租车（滴滴）上。这几乎意味着我需要提交至少两份警察报告，还得向老板解释为何会有几天无法联系的状况，更别提重新激活备用手机所需的时间了。雪上加霜的是，由于我没有本地大陆的联系电话，无法直接联系到司机。 这时候，舒洁挺身而出。在听到我的困境后，她迅速采取行动，通过滴滴的客服帮助我们与司机建立了联系。在离开酒店前往机场仅剩10分钟的情况下，她冷静高效地与客服进行了多次沟通，耐心地解释了我们的情况。而且，她的努力并没有止步于此——她甚至主动帮助安排司机将手机送到机场，或者在无法实现的情况下寄送到我们的目的地。 正是因为她的坚持、真诚的关怀和决心，我才能在此愉快地撰写这篇评论，并且手机也已经顺利找回。舒洁的服务堪称典范，她把一次潜在的危机变成了令人感动的美好回忆。 如果我去其他城市旅行时有云和夜泊酒店的分店，这将是我唯一的选择。这是一家真正关心客人的酒店，他们用实际行动展现了这一点。强烈推荐！

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.

Highly recommend! A five star service! All staff are attentive and go extra mile. Very clean room and amenities / furnishings are updated (hi-tech). Heated toilet seat, automatic curtains, chinese Siri/Alexa (Tmall) for voice command, free tea break, free nightly noodles. Total value for money! We are pleasantly happy with our stay. Only improvement I can think off is maybe the selection of breakfast menu and an English speaking concierge (but this is a long shot as most of China do not have this).

We had a lovely stay at OrangeHao Hotel in Xi’an with our family, booking three rooms. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, making our trip truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. However, a small note of caution: the hotel’s address on Google Maps is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check the location before heading over. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. Thank you for the excellent service!

Great hotel! Location: near to metro station and the landmark bell tower, walking distance to Huimingjie, day tour bus drop us at the metro exit right outside the hotel. Room: clean Breakfast: good varieties in western and Chinese style breakfast! Service: good service

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

First and foremost, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the pleasant stay. Ms Tao Zi, Ms. Jing Jing and their colleagues at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Ms. Yi Gai Li and her colleagues at the breakfast and high tea restaurant were warm and friendly. Appreciate all your wonderful service and warm welcome. When I booked the hotel, I just wanted a clean, value for money with a good location hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights in Dec 2024 at CNY425 per room per night, inclusive of daily breakfast and high tea. Food: Simple breakfast and high tea, but good enough to warm our stomach to start our day. Coffee was better than expected (I thought it would be 3 in 1 type), the breakfast consist of fruits, salad, noodles, rice, porridge, bread, etc. Tea break has some simple snacks like portuguese egg tarts, mochi, mini cakes, cookies, fruits, chinese tea and coffee. Room: There were no connecting rooms, but we were allocated nearby rooms. We had clean white towel and sheets. The toilet and sink were clean, but if you're staying with friends it's a bit inconvenient due to lack of privacy. Although there are doors for the individual toilet and shower stalls, it would be better to have another door at the entrance to the changing area just before we enter the shower stall. This is a minor issue as we are more conservative. Tour bookings: The hotel has staff that assist with daily tour bookings, thus it was very convenient. We booked our day trip to the Terracotta Warrior and the coach came to pick us up at the hotel. I would suggest that you spend the extra CNY 298 per pax to watch the performance, it was worth it. Overall we had good night rest and enjoyed the stay. Thank you again to the hotel for exceeding our expectation.

1. Location - very conveniently located. The street has lots of convenience stores, restaurants and food carts especially at night time. The food carts here were slightly cheaper but equally if not better than the ones in the more popular Muslim quarter. We had one of the best hot and sour dumpling soup in one of the food carts down one of the alleys. Went there twice. 2. The Muslim quarter is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We went there all 3 nights of our stay, to eat, to shop, to sightsee etc. it was very lively and lots of shops open until midnight. 3. The ground floor has direct access to the mall next in the same building during the day where they open the door between the buildings. 4. There are 2 metros very close by. You have to walk a lot inside Zhonglau station. 5. The breakfast was simple and filling. We had it for one of the days when we had an early start. The other days we ate from the places open on the street below. There is also McDonald’s across the street. 6. It is walking distance to the Xian city wall. 7. The room is on the smaller side but not cramped. Enough room for 2 of us. It was clean and modern. We booked one of the rooms that didn’t have a window to outside. The hotel had a setting where two rows of rooms had a gap in the middle with windows facing one another. 8. The staff were really helpful and helped us through translate apps. 9. They also give you a small gift of some Chinese snacks on your departure which was very nice.

The hotel is located near to the Metro and is about 900m away from Bell Tower. Near to Muslim quarters, lots of shopping and night market. We booked a family suite but discovered that the bathroom and toilet don’t have a proper door and not suitable for our family of four adults. The receptionist is kind enough to help us changed to two single bed rooms the next day. Breakfast is good with Chinese and Western. Food is same every day for our three nights stay. Room is a bit old and is in needs of refurbishing. However bed is still comfortable.

A five star rating for a local three star hotel. Everything was good from the hotel location which is within 2 km from Bell and Drum Towers. Staff were friendly especially the kitchen's chefs who packed breakfasts for us on the day we went on an early excursion to the Terracotta Warrior sites. The hotel has good amenities: It is surrounded by food and convenience stores and even a supermarket. The washing machines and heaters are really helpful as my family were staying there for a week so clean laundry was definitely a plus The housecleaning service is also prompt and helpful whenever we have additional requests. The only negative is the wifi connection which went off intermittently. Oddly this issue only happened on our mobile phones while it worked ok for my laptop.
