Hotels in Xi＇an

First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. I was very happy with this hotel. It’s beautiful inside. Nice big, spacious room. Very reasonably priced food and mini bar. Location is great, right in the centre and a metro stop right outside. Would stay here again.

I have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

Location is great nearby huimin market/bell tower/drum tower/great mosque and nearby zhounglou st. Suggest to take exit 8 from the zhonglou st walk to the hotel. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

Fantastic hotel right next to Datang Everbight Walking Street, Joy City Mall and the Goose Pagoda. Rooms are designed to look ”antique” to match the amcient theme of the area, but are very clean. Breakfast was reallly good!

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

My 3rd time to Xi’an this year and my 3rd stay at W Xi’an. W maintained their high standards as usual. The room is great, view is nice, people are friendly, kind and professional . Located at the best location in the city, I can said W is the best hotel in this city. Special thanks to Kiki and Shawn during the help, they are keen to help and always put a smile on their face. Looking forward to travel Xi’an again and back to W again! 今年第三次來西安旅遊，第三次住W。特別感謝Kiki韓女士和小帥哥Shawn！期待再來西安和W！

The hotel definitely has a 1950s luxury vibe, it's a part of a large Renmin Square hotel complex that share some facilities (notably a great swimming pool in the next building). The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and like 7 min from metro. The hotel made a mistake in my booking and upgraded me to a suite as a result (which was nice but that room was not ready so I had to wait). The suite was nice, with a comfortable bed and pretty much twice everything I needed. Also two wifis - only the Renmin one worked, the hotel one recommended by reception did not work at all. The room had like 20 switches next to the bed, I picked the 'Night' one - bad surprise, it also switches off the bedside socket so I woke up to a discharged phone.

A very, very satisfied stay experience. From the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the city that never sleeps all the way to the end, where you will find the hotel. There is no turning back. It’s perfect. The hotel manager Nancy's service is also very meticulous, considerate and considerate. I haven’t had enough fun or food in Xi’an. I will come again and choose Wyndham again. Full marks💯
