酒店提供接機接站服務，即使從市內到機場也非常方便，在T3，316出口附近，非常方便，基本上車就走。酒店提供送機服務，基本10分鐘就到機場了，會提前至少40分鐘叫醒。酒店5點就提供早餐。酒店距離王府井商業中心大約步行700米左右，非常方便。

位置偏僻，這一家酒店絕對是我住過最差的一家，房子臟舊有異味，服務態度差，門的安全栓都是壞的，安全係數太低，自來水都是鹹臭的，根本刷不了牙，價格貴的要死，還要二百多，強烈建議大家預訂前慎重，垃圾酒店遲早倒閉。

朋友一同出遊，網絡上預訂的房間，和中轉客人是分開的。前台幫忙引導入户，服務很貼心。酒店提供叫醒服務以及送機服務。工作人員服務態度很好。
客房整潔，環境安靜，不愧是比較正規的機場酒店。酒店附近有很多賣食品的店鋪，很方便。
如果有需求還會再預訂的。
