"The newly opened hotel, the front desk staff reception was a bit busy, the floor attendant did not take the initiative to say hello, the room mouthwash cup water stain is still relatively heavy, the chess and card room, after the downgrade, the front desk did not take the initiative to refund the difference, I mentioned this after this, swallowing, I don't know what she wants to express. Finally, I said that it doesn't matter and I don't need to retreat. There is no special parking lot, and a few cars can be parked on the slope at the door. It is inconvenient to ask other guests to move the car in and out. Breakfast is acceptable.

"The service was very good, despite it being a busy period of time in peak travel period. Also, there were a lot of weddings happening in the area, so there was some nice from other guests, but this was in no way the fault of the hotel itsself. The bath was good, but slow to fill and the jacuzzi mode didn't work, but I still had an enjoyable soak. The room itsself was nice but a little sloppy in some decoration. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, despite the firecrackers the next morning by the other hotel guests in celebration of the weddings. The morning breakfast was adequate without being exceptional. I would have preferred a better coffee, than just the sweet one provided but that is my own personal preference. Overall, I had an enjoyable time at the hotel in Xinxiang."

"The reception hall of Atour Hotel is always in the style of a familiar library! Although it is not a street-facing room, it is still easy to find. The handsome guy at the front desk was quite enthusiastic and fast. He sent me to the elevator and repeatedly told me to take the Atour Hotel's dedicated elevator.
The room is not too big, the layout is convenient, and it is fairly clean. The decoration smell is quite strong at the entrance. There are three induction charging pads on the table, which is very convenient. The bedding is all original cotton and linen colors, which is very textured. Pillows, Atour's pillows have never disappointed!"

"Very cost-effective Atour x, clean, warm service, nightingale, solve the problem of not having dinner, welcome fruit, breakfast is very rich, taste is OK. The room was a bit dirty except for the carpet, everything else was fine. Wardrobe sensor lights are sensitive, and the night light mode can be solved. The bedding is good, very comfortable, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is convenient to use."

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the service and facilities are great, the front desk staff is very nice, and the room is equipped with various mobile phone charging cables. Since I arrived at the hotel at 8pm in a hurry, the hotel actually has free dinner (18:30-21:30) which is very nice It's a surprise, free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby bar, free cans of Coke, Sprite, tea bags and candies in the room. It's the best all-season stay I've ever had. Unfortunately no photos were taken.

KKentuckyTravelerI had an absolutely wonderful experience with my recent stay. The staff was very friendly always greeting me as I walked by the front desk and also very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were updated, very clean, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. I will definitely book this hotel when I come back to China and would highly recommend to anyone!

DDaria IvachshenkoGreat hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

Ssoultraveller_ttThe owner and his wife were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a pleasant view. There was a convenient outdoor area to dry clothes. The owner’s wife is an excellent cook, and the meal portions are generous; I had to request a smaller serving as I couldn’t finish a full portion. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring I had enough to eat and advising me to avoid unsafe areas at night. On my departure day, the owner kindly drove me to the bus station and he requested the staff at the ticket counter to assist me to board the correct bus. Overall, their care adds a personal touch to my experience in Guoliang village.

In terms of facilities, comfortable rooms, the hotel is spacious and bright, warm and comfortable, and provides high-quality bedding and toiletries to make guests feel at home. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Baligou Scenic Area. The facilities are very new and the rooms are very large. The hotel itself has a restaurant where you can order food. The store manager and service staff are super enthusiastic. When we arrived, the store manager drove to pick up the luggage, and we could go to the scenic area immediately, saving the time of running back and forth to check in. When we left, the driver also drove to the tourist center and helped to get a taxi, which was really great.

The exterior decoration is grand, and the front desk staff is friendly and kind, giving people a very friendly feeling. There is a rich variety of tea in the lobby. When I checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk poured me a cup and tasted it. The taste was the same as that sold in cold drink shops outside! The sound insulation effect of the room is good, and the hotel's air conditioner is almost silent, making it very quiet at night. The park opposite the hotel has a beautiful view! There are also many types of breakfast, so rich!

GGuest UserThe room was very average, the sofa was extremely dirty, the overall hygiene was not very good, and there was so much stuff on the table when eating. The lobby has a strong fragrance smell, which I don't like very much. There is a slight smell in the room, but it's not very strong. It was advertised that there were baby supplies but there were none. I went to the front desk and asked them and they said they had finished supplying them. The souvenir was originally from Fat Donglai, but they said they had finished sending it, and the last one was perfume. The late night snack looks dirty and the price/performance ratio is very low. Mainly an exaggerated propaganda
