房間地板衞生很臟，滿房子煙的味道，還備註了要無煙房，進去酒店有點堵車，地面位置不太多，最可笑的是看到圖片裏車的位置，來的時候沒有車，問保安可以停麼，保安説不行，去地下車庫還要出酒店，拐彎過去經歷一個大堵車，結果辦完入住回酒店休息了一小時下樓去吃飯，發現這個位置停了兩台車，問保安這不是可以停車麼，保安説他們一會就走，第二天早上離店的這兩台車還在這裏，就這樣對住店客人，那天還下着大雨，帶的長者小孩不讓停，覺得外地人好説話是吧，負分的服務意識！

春節回鄉路過貴寶地，一直優先開元酒店，沒有讓人失望，下高速沒多久就到了，地理位置很好，就在市區，附近吃飯的地方也很多，大愛江西菜啊。酒店環境衞生也好，乾淨整潔，很適合商務出差或者家庭小住，我們訂的家庭房，原以為是一張大床一個小床，沒想到是還有額外一個小房間，特別適合家庭親子入住，唯一不足的就是，停車位比較少。

停車不好停，保安跟**一樣不提醒，讓人兜一圈，不應該站在地面入口提示一下嗎，搞得擁堵浪費時間，停地下又不好停都是購物的人，車子為了避開行人在地下車庫撞了，

一直以為開元的酒店品質不會差，在5線小城市，這個價位的酒店竟然還不如快捷酒店，服了，馬桶和淋浴房衹有一個玻璃隔着，這個沒啥，但是吧，膠條老化，導致淋浴間的水會往馬桶間溢出去，導致我半夜上廁所直接滑倒扭到了膝蓋，不至於走不了路，但是一晚上的膝蓋都是陰陰的痛。空調根本不制熱，我先調的23℃更容易加熱，但是並不行，試了調26℃也不行，32℃也不行，算了就將就一晚上吧。房間的地毯也很臟，肉眼可見的污漬，一整個心情都沒了。給2分評價給的是早餐，有一説一，早餐確實不錯。
