第N次入住這家花間堂了，這次服務最差…前台的工作人員，全程坐着，客人站他們面前，一共5個人，沒一個起身，連問好都沒有，退房依然如此…一問三不知…
房間還是不錯，衞生、硬件都不錯，活動空間也大，適合家人出遊…寵物友好，現在要收費了，以前華住會員是免費的…
周邊配套依然是個問題，吃飯都需要開車到城裡去…

酒店位置很好，停車方便，房間也比較寬敞。
開業有幾年了，有些地方稍顯老舊，地面感覺不是很乾凈了。早餐還比較豐富，麪很好吃。中餐廳的晚餐也不錯，應該是雅安能選擇的比較好的住宿了

環境不錯，去時下雨，酒店隨處可見雨傘，餐廳味道不錯，組織小童活動孩子很喜歡，帶領孩子們的工作人員態度親切，要大大點贊

環境5星，空氣特別好，植被鮮花超級茂盛，吸氧吸氧
衞生5星，基本操作
設施4.5，電視確實小到衹有擺設的作用了，建議全部升級成可以投屏的投影儀

第二次過來，酒店背靠蒙頂山，空氣清晰，規劃，建築，景觀均用心呈現。來的時候遇到下雨，雖然不能出去玩兒，在酒店待着別有一番久違的舒適。這次待着小寶寶過來，他也很開心，總的來説感受很好

幾年沒遇到管理這麼混亂 工作人員態度這麼隨意的酒店了。
1.我入住頭天大電話問前台，前台一邊接我電話一邊回覆其他電話，我問泳池是否開放，她答 我也不能確定，我問有沒管家可以加微信，她説入住當天了聯繫（最終也沒有），並提醒我們最近五一忙，明天十一點以後再來（我並沒有要求提前）
2.到酒店了我們用完餐，前台給了我們房卡説可以去住了，我們一行7人，她給我一個房卡，我詢問才發現，衹給了我套二的房卡，我們還定了個大床房，一筆訂單，這都沒弄清。
3.觀光車先到大床房，需要上樓梯，但是沒有人幫忙，司機停車，我們一人抱娃，一人自取行李，自行搬上樓找到對應房間。
4.小孩睡到床上了，發現被套角好幾處竟是濕潤的！馬上聯繫了前台，等了接近半個小時，才有阿姨來敲門。
5.退房後發現小朋友的勺子落在房間了，聯繫前台安排快遞寄出，今天收到了，竟然是到付，真的是做的出來。
我們的房間落地窗門鎖壞的，玻璃窗鎖不上，紗窗也鎖不上，所以每天路過人來往嬉鬧一清二楚，酒店和公墓一路之隔，我也是到了看到地圖才知道，心裏膈應得很。 花間堂的印象被這裏敗的精光！
