差評，隔音不好，飲料是否收費沒有標明，讓我住的不爽。喝了罐雪碧，雖然被收了4元不多，但酒店沒標明其收費，感覺被宰了，不爽。還有隔音不大行，走廊裏的聲音都可以聽到，更不用説外面的車輛聲了。若不是行程原因，決不續住。

四通酒店對面是延安火車站和公交站，上下交通方便，酒店設施配套不錯，衞生很好，服務周到，很安靜，另外價格實惠，周邊餐飲明目繁多，增加了許多不同口味的旅客的選擇，值得推薦。

離延安火車站真近，走路5分鐘，就在火車站對面。周邊公交車特別多，去延安各個景區都方便。報了兩個一日遊，都來酒店門口接。很方便。

房間非常不錯，地方也好，就在延安火車站對面，在站台上就能看到酒店了，公交出行非常方便，環境也可以，衹是升級了房型，也沒送一瓶礦泉水！

位置很好找，出延安站抬頭馬路對面就是，房間衞生環境不錯，前台和客房服務員很熱心，洗澡水有點問題很快就解決了，服務員還專門上門解釋，總之體驗不錯
